It is understood that Rokid is a product platform company founded in 2014, focusing on human-computer interaction technology and artificial intelligence software and hardware product research and development, and was rated as a national high-tech enterprise in 2018, representing products such as AR glasses Rokid Glass, MR glasses Rokid Vision and smart speakers.
Last July, Rokid launched Rokid Air crowdfunding on kickstarter platform, reaching a $20,000 crowdfunding goal in less than an hour. Rokid has previously received investment from a number of top institutions including Temasek, IDG Capital, Credit Suisse, Haitong Securities and Yuanjing Capital.
Rokid is deploying a metaversic social-related product, code-named "MSpace." As a product platform company focusing on human-computer interaction technology, Rokid provides full-stack solutions for different vertical fields by combining Al and AR technology with industry applications.
Some industry analysts said that in the context of the global economy challenges in 2022, Rokid completed this round of financing, on the one hand, reflecting the continued optimism of capital for the future of the AR industry, on the other hand, it also benefited from Rokid's deep accumulation of technology and products as a leading enterprise.
