Among the female newborns born in 2021 and have been registered for household registration, the 10 names with the highest frequency of use are: Ruoxi, Yinuo, Yihan, Yihan, Yinuo, Zihan, Maomu, Yutong, Xinyi, Yutong, and Yuxi. Among them, the number of users of "Ruoxi" reached 18,000, topping the list and becoming the first choice for female newborn names.
