The stereotype of "squinting" comes from the "Yellow Peril Theory", and behind this argument is the history of humiliation in modern China and the discrimination against our national culture.
At the end of the 19th century, americans introduced the "Chinese Exclusion Act", which excessively demonized the Chinese from the perspective of public opinion, so the so-called "yellow peril theory" was formed, which is an ultra-nationalist theory.

And the reason he concocted this absurd theory came from fear.
This fear comes from three "invasions" that ended in the failure of Westerners.
