The first-line team of SIA 134 Factory covers 42 types of non-standard equipment processing, unloading, fitters, millers, turners, CNC operators, welders, wire cutting, sheet metal, surface heat treatment, painting, testing, assembly, inspection, warehouse management and other 42 types of work, a total of 71 teams. SIA 134 Factory took the initiative to conduct in-depth research on the front-line production team, understand the difficulties and pain points of the grass-roots team in the on-time delivery, and based on the foundation of the investigation, it has successively carried out more than 10 projects such as the discussion of the organizational strength of the team, the lean small class of the team, the team members working together to tackle the key problems, and the lean learning and improvement room of the team leader, which effectively improved the organizational strength and productivity of the team. In the first half of this year, compared with the same period in 2020, the on-time delivery rate of batch production increased by 1.5%, and the performance rate of scientific research contracts increased by 2.8%.
