In order to implement the decision-making and deployment of provinces, municipalities and districts on preventing and resolving major financial risks, Wudu District organized a joint collection team to go deep into each township (street) to carry out centralized collection of non-performing loans in the financial sector.
On January 20, the four special action groups went deep into the township streets assigned by them to carry out special actions with the arrangements and deployment of the collection and disposal of non-performing assets by each township (street) and relevant units, and the publicity of the non-performing loan collection policy in the village community.
In each township, members of the action team interviewed the loan overdue personnel to understand their actual situation and coordinate the bank staff to communicate with the loan overdue personnel on the spot. Through the interview, the relevant overdue personnel respectively made a repayment commitment to the bank and signed a letter of commitment, and initiated judicial procedures for the loan households that encountered the expiration of the collection period and still refused to repay the loan, and carried out compulsory collection according to law.
In the process of the special action of centralized collection, the bank staff and members of the working group patiently explained the repayment procedures to the loan households who came to the bank to repay the loans, and helped the loan households to complete the repayment process.
The special action group stressed that all township and town departments should unify their thinking, enhance their understanding, cooperate with each other, keep a close eye on the target tasks, consolidate work responsibilities, find the entry point of the work, take multiple measures at the same time, and carry out the collection work in an orderly manner to ensure that the collection work task is completed on schedule.
Through this special action, it has effectively prevented and resolved financial risks in Wudu District, further optimized the financial ecological environment, accelerated the collection and disposal of non-performing loans, maintained financial order, created a good credit environment, and played a role in promoting the steady and good economic and social development of the whole region.
It is understood that the special action began on January 19, 2022 and ended on January 26, 2022, and was divided into four groups to carry out a centralized collection of non-performing assets in the financial field of each township (street) in Wudu District.
