Lei Tianbo, male, Han ethnicity, Henan Lankao people, CPC member, born in October 1971, joined the work in March 1989, bachelor degree, before his death, he was the party secretary and director of the Lankao County Emergency Management Bureau in Kaifeng City, Henan Province. On December 15, 2020, Comrade Lei Tianbo unfortunately suffered a car accident and died in the line of duty on the way to Zhengzhou to attend the provincial emergency management work forum. The Henan Provincial Federation of Trade Unions posthumously awarded him the Henan Provincial May Day Labor Medal, and the Henan Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department and the Emergency Management Department posthumously awarded him the title of "Advanced Worker of Henan Provincial Emergency Management System".

According to the "Interim Provisions on Rewards for Emergency Management Systems", after careful review and study, the Ministry of Emergency Management intends to posthumously award Comrade Lei Tianbo the title of "National Emergency Management System Second-level Hero Model".
