According to a report by Shaanxi Daily on the 20th, the Shaanxi Provincial CPC Committee recently held a democratic consultative meeting. Entrusted by Liu Guozhong, secretary of the provincial party committee, Cheng Fubo, member of the standing committee of the provincial party committee and director of the organization department of the provincial party committee, presided over the meeting and made a speech.
The above reports show that Cheng Fubo has been appointed director of the Organization Department of the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee, and Zhang Guangzhi is no longer in charge.
Cheng Fubo, male, born in September 1970, was appointed vice governor of Shaanxi Provincial Government in July 2020, and recently became a member of the Standing Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee.
Zhang Guangzhi, male, born in August 1961, has been a member of the Standing Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee and director of the Organization Department since November 2016, and was recently elected as the vice chairman of the 12th Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
