　　According to public information, Zhang Guangzhi, born in August 1961, male, Han ethnicity, Shandong Yanggu people, began working in July 1983, joined the Communist Party of China in May 1985, university degree, bachelor of science. Zhang Guangzhi has successively served as deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee of the Ministry of Radio, Film and Television (deputy division level), editor-in-chief of the editor-in-chief office, deputy department level and division level secretary staff of the General Office of the Central Propaganda Department, director of the duty room, director of the secretariat, assistant inspector and director of the secretariat, deputy secretary, vice mayor, acting mayor and mayor of Tianshui Municipal Party Committee of Gansu Province, and executive deputy director of the Organization Department of the Gansu Provincial Party Committee (at the level of the main department).
