Taking a driver's license? The Langxi police rushed thousands of miles to successfully destroy a criminal gang of electric fraud

After receiving the police, the Langxi police immediately organized an investigation, and the anti-fraud center of the bureau conducted a preliminary study and judgment on the information flow and capital flow of the case and found that the case was committed by the Raoping fraud gang in Guangdong Province, and the fraud involved all parts of the country. After several months of extensive pre-research and investigation, the organizational structure and den location of the fraud gang gradually surfaced and became clearer.

According to the Langxi police, since August 2021, a training institution called "Antong Driving School" has successively published advertisements for driving licenses such as "taking the driver's license on behalf of the test, I do not need to be present, and I can get the license within 60 days" on platforms such as Douyin and Kuaishou, and publicly recruit students online. In order to further prove the "authenticity" of the institution, the agency even sent test text messages and screenshots to the candidates in the name of the Shandong traffic police, and mailed the driver's license that had been processed. This "well-documented" information won the trust of the applicants, and soon a large number of students paid the registration fee, examination fee, examination agreement fee, confidentiality fee and other fees to the institution. However, after the money was handed over, it was like a stone sinking into the sea, and then contacted the agency, either to push away from multiple parties or the phone could not be called, and finally it was blocked, and the applicant woke up to the fact that the other party was a liar and was deceived.

After the investigation of the Langxi police, it was found that from the analysis of the gang's operation fraud methods in the early stage, the division of labor among the members of the fraud gang was clear, the gang members gathered in time and time, the anti-investigation awareness was strong, and the slightest carelessness would hit the grass and startle the snake. In view of this, the special task force adopted the strategy of not being in a hurry, operating patiently, seizing the fighter plane, and hitting it in one hit to ensure that the results of the battle were maximized.

After repeatedly deliberating on the details of the arrest, the time is ripe, with the strong assistance of the Xuancheng City Public Security Bureau and the Guangdong police, on January 12, 2022, an arrest team composed of nearly 30 elite police forces rushed to Guangdong. In the early morning of January 14, the special case team simultaneously carried out network collection operations in Guangzhou City and Shantou City, Guangdong Province, and the telecommunications network fraud criminal gang headed by Huang Moumou, a native of Raoping, Guangdong Province, was caught by surprise and arrested, and the police destroyed 2 dens of electric fraud, arrested 10 criminal suspects, and seized 28 mobile phones, 32 bank cards, and 1 criminal vehicle. On January 15, the police of the special case team safely escorted all the criminal suspects involved in the case back to Langxi.

After interrogation, the police found that since August 2021, the fraud gang headed by criminal suspect Huang Moumou has published false advertisements for driver's licenses on platforms such as Douyin and Kuaishou to defraud them in order to make huge profits, and the gang has been involved in hundreds of cases, with victims all over the country.
