The women's and children's center project of the Affiliated Hospital of Chuanbei Medical College includes a new outpatient medical technology building with an area of 39,000 square meters, with 5 floors above ground and 2 floors underground, with departments such as emergency department, radiology department, special needs outpatient clinic, Haifu Center, pediatrics, gynecology, obstetrics, reproductive medicine, pathology, laboratory department, operating room, as well as administrative office and academic conference center. In addition, more than 45,000 square meters of inpatient buildings and more than 1,800 square meters of infectious buildings will be renovated and renovated. After the renovation, the total number of beds in the inpatient building reached 615.
After the completion of the Women's and Children's Center of the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College, it will be a "trinity" of medical treatment, teaching and scientific research, a "three-first-class" women's and children's center that integrates first-class hardware facilities, first-class professionals and first-class technical services, and is also the largest and highest level of medical technology in northeast Sichuan, effectively undertaking tasks such as medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, and treatment of difficult and critical diseases of women and children, and will further improve the medical level of women and children in Nanchong, Dazhou, Guang'an, Bazhong and Guangyuan areas.
