Fishery administration, maritime affairs, coast guard and other departments will carry out normalized law enforcement inspections in accordance with their respective duties and division of labor, and adopt the methods of "coast guard", "port clearance" and "land inspection". Each fishing town adopts the forms of departmental linkage, upper-lower linkage, regional linkage, etc., to carry out joint law enforcement or cross-law enforcement.
