The Shaanxi Higher People's Court issued the "Opinions" to escort the efforts to compose the high-quality development of Shaanxi

On February 11, the Shaanxi Higher People's Court held a press conference to issue the Opinions of the Shaanxi Provincial High People's Court on Providing Powerful Judicial Services and Guarantees for Striving to Write a New Chapter of Shaanxi's High-quality Development (hereinafter referred to as the Opinions). Fan Sihong, deputy secretary of the party group and vice president of the Shaanxi Provincial High People's Court, made a relevant introduction to the background and main contents of the drafting of the Opinions. Zhang Ya, director of the Provincial Court's Propaganda and Education Department, presided over the press conference.

Fan Sihong introduced that in order to fully implement the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Tenth Plenary Session of the Thirteenth Provincial CPC Committee, and the Sixth Session of the Thirteenth Provincial People's Congress, and better serve and ensure the high-quality economic and social development of our province, these "Opinions" are formulated in accordance with the spirit of the "Decision of the Provincial Party Committee on Deeply Studying and Implementing the Spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China", the "Opinions on Emancipating the Mind, Reforming and Innovating and Redoubling efforts to Write a New Chapter in Shaanxi's High-quality Development", and the resolution of the Sixth Session of the Thirteenth Provincial People's Congress, combined with the actual conditions of the court's work.

Fan Sihong pointed out that the "Opinions" closely combined with the inherent requirements of promoting high-quality development, and put forward 20 measures in three major parts. The three major parts include improving the political position and continuously enhancing the mission of serving to ensure Shaanxi's high-quality development; strengthening judicial functions, providing solid and effective services to ensure Shaanxi's high-quality development; adhering to integrity and innovation, and effectively improving the level of work of ensuring high-quality development of services; among them, there are both declaratory and advocacy content, as well as targeted and operable specific measures to ensure that the court's trial enforcement work is organically combined with the goals and requirements of promoting high-quality development.

Fan Sihong said that in the next step, the provincial courts will conscientiously implement the requirements of this opinion, strengthen organizational leadership, clarify goals and tasks, strengthen supervision and guidance, make every effort to implement the work, and strive to achieve practical results in the high-quality development of service guarantees.
