In 2021, the added value of industries above designated size in Shandong increased by 9.6% over the previous year, the added value of high-tech manufacturing increased by 18.5%, and the added value of state-controlled enterprises increased by 5.7%. From January to November, the total profit of industries above designated size reached 514.66 billion yuan, an increase of 36.3%.
Zhao Zhongxiu, a professor at Shandong University of Finance and Economics, mentioned that the stable recovery of Shandong's industrial economic operation is more solid, which is the result of the mainland's comprehensive implementation of the "six stability" and "six guarantees" tasks and the adherence to scientific decision-making. Judging from this year's indicators, structural construction is getting better and better. Especially in the high-tech industry, advanced manufacturing growth rate is relatively fast.
Throughout last year, the added value of Shandong's high-end equipment manufacturing industry accounted for 46.4% of the equipment industry, and the added value of high-end chemical industry accounted for 28.1% of the high-energy-consuming industry, which was increased to varying degrees over the previous year. The proportion of "four new" economic investment in total investment increased to 51.2%.
"It can be seen that the production capacity of the high-end manufacturing industry represented by Shandong Heavy Industry, as well as the high-end chemical industry, has also been transformed and upgraded in the entire high-energy-consuming industry, and the proportion has increased greatly." Zhao Zhongxiu said.
Zhao Zhongxiu mentioned that in the past, Shandong did not have an advantage in high-end technology manufacturing. Previously, the proportion of high-tech industries in the manufacturing industry was actually lower than the national average, but now, this shortcoming has been slowly made up.
Judging from the economic data released, the output of new products such as industrial robots, sensors, and optoelectronic devices increased by 38.7%, 22.7% and 73.1% respectively. Zhao Zhongxiu mentioned that the growth rate of drone manufacturing was particularly obvious in the first three quarters, and the fourth quarter continued to continue such a trend.
It is worth noting that Shandong specialized special new "little giant" enterprises have also achieved eye-catching results, the province has been rated as a national-level special new "little giant" enterprise 362, the number ranked third in the country; among the "specialized special new" small and medium-sized enterprises at or above the provincial level, 72.4% belong to the province's new and old kinetic energy conversion "top ten" key industrial areas; last year's operating income growth rate was about 8 percentage points higher than that of small and medium-sized enterprises on the surface.
In addition, private enterprises are growing faster and the industrial growth rate is higher than that of state-owned enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises. Generally speaking, private enterprises have undergone structural adjustment and eliminated backward production capacity, and now the performance of industrial upgrading has been fully released. Coupled with the particularity of the background of this stage of the epidemic, the domestic industrial chain and supply chain are relatively complete, and the growth rate of Shandong's supply to the world is particularly obvious. In the production of anti-epidemic related materials, Shandong has made full use of its horsepower and exerted its advantages in many production "hidden champions".
