The training targets of the "Double Name Program" are teachers, party organization secretaries, campus principals engaged in front-line education and teaching and management in ordinary primary and secondary schools, kindergartens and special education schools, as well as teaching and research personnel engaged in education and teaching research and guidance in front-line practice in teacher development institutions. This year, it is planned to rely on the training base to conduct a three-year intensive training for about 300 outstanding primary and secondary school teachers and principals. At the same time, a number of high-level comprehensive universities have been added as the training bases for famous teachers and presidents of the "Double Name Plan", undertaking training tasks, and the cumulative number of training bases has reached 32.
The new phase of the "Double Name Plan" will actively promote the construction of studios for famous teachers and principals, explore the training and leading mechanism of famous teachers and principals, promote the teamwork and common development of famous teachers and principals and backbone teachers and principals in the region, and promote the overall improvement of the quality of teachers and principals in the region. Taking the task of education assistance as an important part of training, establishing practice points in key counties for national rural revitalization, and establishing a precise assistance mechanism through methods such as on-campus teaching, online joint teaching and research, and joint research projects. Integrate digitalization into the whole process of training famous teachers and principals, strengthen the digital literacy and ability training of famous teachers and principals, establish online studios for famous teachers and principals on the national smart education platform for primary and secondary schools, attract teachers from all over the country to participate, carry out remote lesson preparation, online teaching and research, and share high-quality education and teaching resources.
