Zhuhai Telecom has comprehensively assisted in the prevention and control of the epidemic from the aspects of communication network guarantee, big data analysis, epidemic prevention publicity, and volunteer service.

After the outbreak of the epidemic, Zhuhai Telecom immediately checked the network situation in the relevant areas and surrounding areas to learn more about the network needs and difficulties. Organize forces to carry out emergency expansion, special lines, circuit opening and special line acceleration in key areas such as sealed and controlled areas, isolated hotels, medical institutions, and airport periphery at the fastest speed, and strengthen the support of five information platforms such as the 12320 hotline of the Provincial Health Commission, the one-code platform, the remote video surveillance system of the new crown ward of the five hospitals of cue university, the health management system of the duty personnel of the new crown ward of the five hospitals of CUHK, and the medical information system of the international health station.

After the outbreak of the epidemic, Zhuhai Telecom immediately docked with governments at all levels, prevention and control offices, and street offices, and sent epidemic prevention information products such as walkie-talkies, Tianyi door magnets, Tianyi housekeepers, temperature measurement access control, and intelligent cloud broadcasting to the front line for the first time, meeting the needs of communication and deployment of epidemic prevention units and multi-party scheduling, effectively reducing personnel gathering, and preventing and controlling the spread of the epidemic. From receiving the demand to completing the delivery, the installers in various regions of Zhuhai Telecom took less than a day to install and apply 2401 sets of Tianyi door magnets, 89 Tianyi housekeepers, and 23 sets of face recognition equipment to the isolation hotel, nucleic acid monitoring points and other prevention and control areas.

After receiving the news of transforming Canon's dormitory into a medical observation point, Zhuhai Telecom immediately transferred 1,000 terminal optical cats and 300 cameras from the provincial company, deployed 30 maintenance personnel to the scene that night, and successfully completed the installation of 865 broadband and 264 monitoring points at Canon Medical Observation Point within two days.

At the same time, Zhuhai Telecom opened 1,100 accounts for the isolation dormitory of the city vocational college, provided WIFI Internet access services, and also based on the 5G customized slice private network to help prevent and control the epidemic, and opened 7 5G + epidemic monitoring and control points for all road entry and exit bayonets in the high-tech zone Nazhou toll station, Xiazha toll station, Phoenix Mountain Tunnel and Gangwan Avenue, with an average daily monitoring and analysis of more than 100,000 trains.

In order to do a good job in the intervention of relevant psychological crises, Zhuhai Telecom opened and expanded the capacity guarantee hotline, epidemic prevention petition hotline, psychological counseling public welfare hotline for the Municipal Education Bureau, the Third People's Hospital of Zhuhai, the Health and Health Bureau of Xiangzhou District, the Zhuhai Chronic Disease Prevention and Control Center and other units overnight; introduced the epidemic prevention work hotline of the Hengqin Coordination District Headquarters into the 12320 public health hotline platform and used it as the communication number for epidemic prevention personnel in Nanping Town, Zhuhai; and sent a number of technical personnel to the prevention and control area to deliver mobile number cards and terminals. At present, 23 psychological counseling hotlines, 12 medical security hotlines, and 600 hotlines for volunteer service for epidemic prevention and control have been opened, and 24 terminals have been delivered.

In order to enhance the public's awareness of prevention, after receiving the news of the epidemic in Tanzhou, Zhongshan on January 13, Zhuhai Telecom immediately assisted in sending emergency text messages, and so far more than 14.25 million emergency text messages have been sent.

Affected by the epidemic, the number of telephone consultations on the Zhuhai 12345 convenience service hotline has increased sharply. In order to help the government share its worries and serve the citizens, Zhuhai Telecom organized more than 30 employees to help the 12345 epidemic hotline work. Zhuhai Telecom volunteers actively responded to the government and the call of the street office to provide volunteer services at the nucleic acid testing point.

The relevant person in charge of Zhuhai Telecom said that the current epidemic situation is still at a critical juncture, and Zhuhai Telecom will continue to do a good job in ensuring communication services for epidemic prevention and control, and continue to give full play to the advantages of big data, 5G and other informatization to escort the prevention and control of the epidemic in Zhuhai.
