On January 14, the Yangtze River Delta Rule of Law Dialogue and the Yangtze River Delta 12 Cities Cultural Market Collaborative Comprehensive Governance Work Conference was held through video conferencing. Wang Tianxing, member of the Rule of Law Expert Committee of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and associate professor of the Beijing Second Chinese College, Fu Linfang, an outstanding expert of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and professor of Zhejiang Tourism Vocational College, hu Bin, member of the Rule of Law Expert Committee of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and associate professor of Zhejiang University of Great Cities, etc., have explained and interpreted in a simple and in-depth manner the current hot and difficult issues concerned by cultural tourism enterprises and the masses, not only talking about the profound experience with theoretical height from a macro perspective, but also talking about constructive development measures in combination with the actual development of cultural tourism. It has played a good exemplary and leading role in further promoting the integrated high-quality development of the Yangtze River Delta. Finally, the "Taizhou Consensus" was formed on deepening regional cooperation and achieving high-quality development.

The administrative law enforcement agencies of the 12 urban cultural markets should closely follow the two keys of "integration" and "high quality", make full use of their strengths and avoid their weaknesses, complement each other's advantages, establish and improve an integrated collaborative case-handling mechanism, a joint law enforcement and a joint disciplinary action mechanism, strengthen cooperation in standardizing law enforcement, information sharing, demonstration and innovation, and communicate closely in terms of team training, practical teaching, case exchange, and skill competition, jointly enhance the overall law enforcement and case-handling capabilities of the Yangtze River Delta, and make greater contributions to the construction of a unified, open, competitive, and orderly Yangtze River Delta market system.
