Fu Li San: Settlement Policy
Those who are sent to study abroad on the mainland or who have studied abroad at their own expense for more than one year can apply for the introduction of overseas students and apply for household registration in Beijing or other places:
1. Obtain a postgraduate degree or above overseas;
2. Returning workers who have applied for the elimination of public employees when they go abroad;
3. Study abroad for more than one year (more than 360 days);
4. Those who apply to settle in Beijing must obtain a graduate degree or above overseas, and within 2 years of returning to China after completing their studies, submit all the application materials to the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education for processing as required;
5. Applicants who apply to settle in other provincial-level cities (excluding Shanghai and Shenzhen) must have a bachelor's degree or above.

What raw materials are needed?
The Cultural and Educational Group only handles applications where all three types of raw materials are complete.
1. Online application of raw materials:
Log in to the page of the Cultural and Education Group of the Mainland Embassy in New Zealand; click on the "Application for Registration And Login System Software for applying for the Certificate of Returning Overseas Students" on the left side of the homepage, log in to apply for registration, submit private information and apply for confirmation.
2. Electronic devices to determine raw materials:
1) Applicants who want to study for a degree with you (other than ucd students) must ask the international office or register office of the institution you are enrolled to send an email to the Cultural education group immediately (the subject of the e-mail must be the name of the student), including: the name of the student, the date of birth, the start date of the study and training, graduation, and what degree is obtained.
2) Applicants studying for a degree at UCD must push an e-mail address to the Cultural and Educational Group (the subject of the e-mail must be the name of the student), giving a quick query of the state of results The following information commonly used content: student/staff id; document id; name.
3) Applicants who are not pursuing a degree in Spain (doctoral students, researchers, visiting scholars abroad, outstanding undergraduate graduates studying abroad in international cooperation new programs, etc.) (other than ucd students or experts and scholars) must ask the international office or register office or teacher of the institution they are enrolled to immediately send an email to the cultural education group (the subject of the e-mail must be the name of the student), including: the name of the student, the date of birth, The start date of the study training or work.
4) UCD non-degree holders (doctoral students, researchers, visiting scholars abroad, outstanding undergraduate graduates studying in international cooperation new projects, etc.) must push the e-mail address to the cultural education group (the subject of the e-mail must be the name of the student), and give a quick query of the following information commonly used in the status of results: student/staff id; document id; name.
3. Written mailing of raw materials:
Postal written report (please apply the plain letter for postal declaration materials, do not have to apply the parcel letter)
1) Completed application form (log on to the page of the Cultural education group; click on the "Application Form for Certificate of Returning Overseas Students" online download on the left side of the homepage);
2) Photocopy of reasonable passport visa (only photo page required);
3) Photocopy of the degree qualification certificate, or the original letter issued by the institution confirming that the course content has been successfully completed and the degree has been obtained (specifically refers to the staff whose course content has been completed and the degree has been obtained, but the degree qualification certificate is later awarded); or the original copy confirmed by the institution (specifically refers to the doctoral students, researchers, visiting scholars abroad, outstanding undergraduate graduates, overseas cooperation new program students, etc. who do not want to study with you for the degree), indicating the beginning of the study training/work, and confirming that all the study training/ at work;
4) Photocopy of the returning air ticket (not given by the returning staff) / Photocopy of the passport visa entry stamp page (given by the returning staff).
5) Return envelope (please write the detailed address of the return in advance and affix the Spanish commemorative stamp).
