On the evening of January 19, the traffic support team at the opening ceremony of the Winter Olympics conducted the last on-site inspection of the venue. After the opening ceremony on February 4, athletes and media personnel will be evacuated within 45 minutes.

On the evening of January 19, under the zero-degree temperature, the traffic point survey for the opening ceremony of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games was carried out around the National Stadium. On the day of the opening ceremony on February 4, the Yanqing Bus team will transport more than 600 athletes from Yanqing Winter Olympic Village to and from the National Stadium. Team Leader Li Jian introduced:
Li Jian: There are a total of 28 buses, all the operating vehicles are equipped with hard isolation devices, and our drivers and the athletes behind have a physical separation. At the same time, the driver is equipped with N95 masks, disposable gloves, and there are also professional disinfection companies in Yanqingchang Station to kill every day to ensure the best quality and safest completion of traffic service guarantee tasks.

At the opening ceremony, the bus team will be responsible for the transportation of more than 3,000 media personnel. Dong Ning, head of the bus team of the Beijing Division of the Winter Olympic Games, introduced:
Dong Ning: We are responsible for transporting a total of 3250 people. From the main media center, one-way is 20 minutes, the mode of one-way round-robin line is 40 minutes, considering its peak, the limit interval can reach one minute to send a car. We have 50 buses, but we have 60 drivers, distributed at different points, and we can make up for it in time if there is an emergency.

Liu Zeyang, Director of the Ministry of Communications of the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee, introduced that this survey work is the last on-site survey around the National Stadium before the start of the closed-loop traffic service.
Liu Zeyang: Through the survey, the driver and dispatcher were familiar with the location of the parking lot and the personnel getting off the car, and at the same time, the main responsible department of the stakeholders understood the docking window of the docking person and the driver, so that our traffic could be smoothly assembled and evacuated. At the ceremony on February 4, we were responsible for the transportation of nearly 10,000 people in the closed loop, with the goal of completing the full evacuation of personnel in 45 minutes, as in the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
