Consolidate and deepen the work of "replies to each case" of mass petitions, continue to increase the intensity of crackdowns on crimes such as "bullying in schools" and sexual abuse of minors, concentrate on substantive resolution of administrative disputes, and strive to resolve administrative disputes from the source. Vigorously support discipline inspection and supervision organs in carrying out the anti-corruption struggle, carefully handle the "small cases" around the masses, use the rule of law thinking and rule of law methods to resolve contradictions, resolve disputes, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the masses, adopt methods such as public hearings that the people can see and understand, and exchange our "hardship index" for the masses' "satisfaction index."
The fourth is to adhere to the judicial handling of cases as the main line, and interpret the procuratorial responsibility in safeguarding social fairness and justice. Thoroughly implement the "Opinions of the CPC Central Committee on Strengthening the Legal Supervision Work of Procuratorial Organs in the New Era", give full play to the role of legal supervision functions, serve the overall situation, and serve the people's justice.
