The grass and trees of life are as gorgeous as summer flowers, or as plain as quiet autumn, all depend on their own choices. Some people silently guard the three-foot podium and choose selfless dedication and let the flowers in the garden bloom; some people save lives and help the injured, choosing to have no complaints and no regrets, so that the tree of life will flourish forever; some people face the loess and turn their backs to the sky, and choose to work hard, so that their descendants can multiply and live endlessly.

Wearing uniforms, wearing legal insignia on our chests, full of loyalty to the party and longing and yearning for the rule of law, we entered the door of the court and became a judge of the republic. We are overwhelmed with emotion for the sonorous and powerful gavel in court, our blood boils over the solemn black robes on our bodies, and we are proud and proud to be able to uphold justice for the people, punish evil and promote good. However, under the erosion of time, we began to be bored by the endless case files, the incomplete documents, and the endless trials. In the face of the distrust and incomprehension of the parties, the heart is haggard, the heartache is felt when it sees that the trial of a clear case cannot be enforced, and the heartache is felt when many judges who seriously try and strictly enforce the law are subjected to bloody retaliation by the parties. It dawned on us that the ideal of lacking support was like building a mansion on the beach, and at the moment of the chaotic tide, everything would collapse in an instant. We hold up the shining sword of law in our hands, but we still cut through the intricacies of the problems at hand.

The change of generations, the rapid passage of time, the long river of history sent away yesterday's poverty and shame, this year coincides with the centenary of the founding of the party, and now we feel the happiness and tranquility brought to us by the strong leadership of the Communist Party of China. However, I have never recalled that at the beginning of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the Chinese nation was destroyed and the people were in exile on their own land. In the memory of history, the rolling wheels that have traveled thousands of miles, the sound of the dusty place, and the inch of land are all exchanged for the ancestors who went to the country with their flesh and blood and generously died. In that era of wars and chaos, the cities in the midst of war were so chaotic that they forgot even the pain, and how many lives could not be peaceful, and how many deaths could not be safe. Time has washed away many things, but the heroic deeds of countless martyrs of the Chinese Communist Party will not be buried under the ruins, extinguished and unheard of. Those long-ago flashy and cool past events have actually been hidden in the hearts of the ancestors and have never been forgotten. It was the pioneers who braved hardships and dangers to lead the way, and it was the dedication of generations of Communist Party members that gave birth to today's more brand-new China. And our group of judges, it is precisely with a high-spirited posture that they stand in the tide of the times that is rolling away, and have become an indispensable and colorful landscape.

Looking around, I suddenly found that there are many, many beautiful judges around us, who enforce the law for the people, dare to take responsibility, use weak shoulders, use the feelings of the people, and bear heavy social responsibilities. They are willing to dedicate, work hard and complain, and use plain work art to sing the moving music of social stability and harmony. They are indifferent to fame and fortune, adhere to poverty, help the people to solve their worries and difficulties, and interpret a judge's infinite loyalty to the party, the people and the country with their sincerity and faith. They are determined to take root in the grassroots, breathe with the masses of the people, share a common destiny, ask the people's needs, seek the people's policies, and warm the hearts of the people, create a harmonious relationship between the party and the masses, and ensure that the party's cause will be passed on from generation to generation and will always maintain its vitality. Among them, some are young students who have just stepped out of the ivory tower and are not deeply involved in the world; some are business elites who are in their prime, young and victorious, and struggling in court trial posts; some are "old scalpers" who have two sideburns and have been working at the grassroots level for more than decades; in the fields, in the campus community, in the grassroots frontline, and in the case-handling hall, there are figures of them sleeping and forgetting to eat and fighting hard! They all have a common and resounding title, which is "the people's judge of the republic". We have Judge Zou Bihua, who serves the people in the judiciary and takes the lead in setting an example; Jiang Qing, a judge who is loyal to his duties and is just and upright; Song Yushui, a judge who argues the law and analyzes the law and serves both victory and defeat; Jin Guilan, a judge who is honest and honest and indifferent to fame and fortune; and Zhou Chunmei, who is not afraid of threats and is upright; it is precisely this ordinary judge who defends the right way in the world with every bit of his heart and soul and retains the warmth of the world, so that he leads China's rule of law step by step toward the bright forward, so that the flower of the rule of law blooms everywhere in the hearts of the people.

Facing the sky, not afraid of wind, frost, snow and rain, visiting thousands of households, preaching the new policies of laws and regulations, not smearing grease and powder, heavy makeup, we are beautiful; wearing uniforms, wearing legal emblems on the chest, not afraid of severe cold and heat, circuit trials to help the people solve their worries and difficulties, to resolve the grievances of the grass-roots people, there is no colorful clothes, brocade and jade food, we are beautiful; silent cultivation, selfless dedication, support for justice in the world, defend the dignity of the rule of law, no praise, applause, commendations and rewards, we are beautiful; our hearts are concerned about the rule of law, the heart of the world, full of tears and sincerity for the motherland, Ensure that the cause of the rule of law is passed on, there is no praise, fame and fortune, we are beautiful. With righteousness, replying to trust and instructions from all directions with fiery sincerity; with a fresh wind in both sleeves, with xuan's arrogance to look at the filth in the light and the darkness, we are beautiful; with the blue sky above our heads, our feet on the earth, the law and the world, and the morality of the people's hearts. In the face of the evil forces of society, we are all the most beautiful in the most vivid posture and profoundly interpreting the style of court personnel.

Ten years of cold window looking up at the stars, and now the people are down-to-earth. Based on this great era, we feel the party's kindness to us, and also clarify our own responsibilities and responsibilities. As a judge, we will still insist that the brothers of migrant workers who ask for wages get back their hard-earned money and reunite with their relatives; we insist that couples whose marriages are on the verge of crisis break the mirror and get back together; we insist that we let the "brothers who have crossed the waves of robbery be here", let "meet and laugh and lose their enmity", expand social effects, and spread positive energy; we insist on severely cracking down on crimes, making criminals confess guilt and obey the law, accepting the sacred trial of the court, and letting the victims feel that heaven is clear and justice is caused We insist on punishing evil and promoting good, ensuring the safety of the world, letting the people feel fairness and justice in every judicial case, and letting the glory of justice for the people shine in every corner of society. As a young judge, we are also full of hope in our hearts, and I hope that one day: officials can listen to the voices of the people, run the "hundred miles of road," eat "a thousand meals," listen to "ten thousand people's words," truly breathe with the masses, share a common destiny, and serve the people wholeheartedly; we hope that the people will be able to sympathize with the national conditions, have more trust and understanding for the contingent of judges, and have less harsh responsibilities and complaints; we hope that one day, party members and cadres and the masses of the people can gather together, sing harmonious and triumphant songs, conspire together to develop the society, and establish the dignity of the rule of law in our country We long for the day when we can turn to the blue sky and the earth, proudly declaring that we are judges from the Republic, and that we are the most beautiful people.
