Guo Qingzhi went deep into the new project site of the People's Hospital

The Second Plenary Session of the Seventh Plenary Session of the Municipal Party Committee and the Economic Work Conference of the Municipal Party Committee made it clear that the new project of the People's Hospital, as an important part of promoting the high-quality and balanced development of the people's livelihood, should be vigorously promoted to ensure that it will be put into use within the year. After the meeting, Mayor Guo Qingzhi immediately led a team to the new project site of the People's Hospital to inspect the progress of the project on the spot, coordinate and promote the solution of relevant problems, and ensure that the project is put into use before the end of December 2022.

The new construction project of the People's Hospital is located on the east side of Datong Road and the north side of Jingde Street in our city, with an estimated total investment of 737 million yuan, covering an area of 200 acres, in accordance with the standards of the tertiary general hospital, with more than 1,000 beds, the main buildings including outpatient emergency buildings, medical technology buildings, inpatient buildings, administrative office buildings, and supporting energy centers, liquid oxygen stations, sewage treatment stations, parking lots and other ancillary buildings. The main building was topped out in November 2021, and in 2022, 18 key projects such as interior decoration, electricity, drainage, and landscaping will be focused on to ensure that they will be put into use before the end of the year.

After a comprehensive understanding of the progress of the project, Guo Qingzhi held a symposium to discuss with the relevant main responsible persons of the accompanying line one by one on the improvement of the road network and the matching of funds that the project urgently needed to solve, and formulated solutions.

Guo Qingzhi pointed out that the second plenary session of the seventh session of the municipal party committee and the economic work meeting of the municipal party committee comprehensively arranged and deployed the key tasks of economic work in 2022, and proposed that this year is the "year of project promotion", and everything should be rotated around the project, all focus on the project, and strongly promote the new project of the people's hospital to be put into use within the year. All levels and departments should unify their thinking and understanding, thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the meeting, focus on what the broad masses of the people think and expect, and actively and steadily build this people's livelihood project. It is necessary to establish and improve special work classes, focus on problems and difficulties, regularly sort out and summarize, gather the strength of the whole city, reverse the construction period, and crack the list and project one by one. It is necessary to adhere to the bottom line of safety, strictly control the quality of the project, make good use of special funds, quickly and orderly promote the construction of the project, and ensure that it is put into use before the end of the year.
