Mao Songfu Shu Du Fu Qiu Xing Eight Cursive Scrolls

【Review of Yilin Wenyuan】

Mr. Mao Songfu's large cursive copy of Du Fu's "Eight Songs of Autumn Xing" hand scroll is one of his masterpieces. This piece is mainly based on the Huaisu style, eclectic, and magnificent in one swing. And the grass method is skillful, so that the natural flow of stool, for the cursive speed and drowning, bone strength and charm, as well as the size of the length, longitudinal retraction, pitch to the back, concessions and many other contradictions are handled very appropriately. Due to Mr. Mao's profound skill in Linti, a rich classical artistic language is naturally revealed within the chapter and between the dot paintings.

Commentary:

(i)

The jade dew withered the maple forest, and the Wushan Wuxia Qi Xiao Sen.
