The pass rate of the legal professional qualification examination of Guangzhou Xinhua University has reached a new high

As one of the earliest departments opened by Guangzhou Xinhua University, the Law School adheres to deepening the connotation of legal education, teaching and practice at the same time, and simultaneously improving academic disciplinary skills and academic level. At the same time, it cooperates with a number of law firms and courts to set up practical teaching bases, hire lawyers, judges, prosecutors, etc. as practical teaching teachers, encourage college teachers to carry out combined academic research and practice teaching work, support teachers to deepen the reform of teaching methods, and constantly encourage students to study seriously. The college has also held debate competitions for many times, and strongly supported law students to participate in debate competitions, which exercised students' willpower and ability to adapt to changes, and continuously improved their self-literacy.

It is understood that starting from 2018, the national judicial examination will be changed to the national unified legal professional qualification examination. The National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination is a legal professional certificate examination established by the Ministry of Justice of the People's Republic of China in accordance with relevant provisions. Judges, prosecutors, lawyers, notaries, legal advisers, arbitrators (legal) and those engaged in the review, administrative reconsideration and administrative rulings of administrative punishment decisions in government departments must pass the legal professional qualification examination. Since the reform, the annual pass rate has remained at 10%-15%, and the exam has the characteristics of high difficulty, long preparation cycle and low pass rate.
