On January 19, 2022, 06821.HK announced that on January 19, 2022, the Board of Directors resolved to appoint Yang Rui (currently an executive director and deputy general manager of the Company) as the Company's Co-Chief Executive Officer for a term of office beginning on 19 January 2022 and expiring on the expiration of the term of office of the fourth Term of the Board of Directors.
In order to optimize the management structure of the Company, the Board of Directors announced the following changes in the titles of the Company's existing senior management personnel, with no change in their duties: (i) the current General Manager of the Company, Hao Hong, to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company; (ii) Dr. James Randolph Gage, the Current Deputy General Manager of the Company, as the Chief Scientific Officer of the Company; (iii) the current Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, Zhang Da, to the Chief Financial Officer of the Company; (iv) the Current Deputy General Manager of the Company, Dr. James Randolph Gage, as the Chief Scientific Officer of the Company; (iii) Zhang Da, the Current Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, to the Chief Financial Officer of the Company; (iv) the Current Deputy General Manager of the Company, Dr. James Randolph Gage, the Chief Scientific Officer of the Company; (iii) the Current Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, Zhang Da, to the Chief Financial Officer of the Company; (iv) the Chen Chaoyong and Jiang Yingwei were each changed to executive vice presidents of the company; (v) Xiao Yi and Huang Xiaolian, the current deputy general managers of the company, were each changed to senior vice presidents of the company; and (vi) Zhou Yan and Xu Xiangke, the current deputy general managers of the company, were each changed to vice presidents of the company.
