Beijing News (reporter Wang Ziyang) On January 18, Starbucks China announced that it will launch the "1971 Living Room" exclusive space service on meituan's platform, and the new function of "special star delivery" jointly created by the two sides has been launched in Meituan.

According to reports, the "1971 Living Room" can meet the needs of personalized space such as gathering, meeting, work, and study, and the "third space" that best meets the needs can be found and booked through the Meituan digital platform. The service will be launched in more than 60 stores in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Chengdu, and plans to gradually cover more Starbucks stores across the country. In the first phase of the launch, "1971 Living Room" offers two options: "Coffee has a bureau" - the main scene of the casual gathering of three or five friends, and "the living room has a meeting" - the main business meeting or community gathering scene.

In addition, the "special star delivery" service after the addition of new features has been launched nationwide for Meituan takeaway. Meituan Takeaway is equipped with an exclusive delivery team for "special star delivery", and has trained riders on coffee delivery related knowledge, improving service standards from the aspects of rider dress, communication skills, and instrument voice. Meituan also applied its "Super Store" innovative product function to Starbucks for the first time, and through the "central deployment + differentiated operation of stores" model, more than 5,000 Starbucks stores across the country will have the operation capability of a single store dimension. The "Super Store" panorama of service functions at Starbucks is expected to be realized by the end of 2022.
