On the 18th, in order to implement the "Cantonese Cuisine Master" project proposed by the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and the Guangdong Provincial Government, expand the publicity of the project, and promote the in-depth integration of culture and tourism, under the guidance of the Department of Culture and Tourism of Guangdong Province, jointly sponsored by the Guangdong Provincial Museum (Guangzhou Lu Xun Memorial Hall) and Guangzhou Restaurant Group Co., Ltd., and undertaken by the Guangdong Provincial Mobile Museum, the "Travel with Cantonese Cuisine - Cantonese Cuisine Culture Exhibition" was opened at Guangzhou Restaurant in Baifu Square, No. 112 Tiyu East Road, Tianhe District, Guangzhou.

The reporter noted that the exhibition exhibited 40 pieces / sets of physical objects, including Cantonese old recipes, old menus, etc., through nearly 100 photos and pictures, the exhibition from the history of Cantonese cuisine, dish flavor, traditional customs, famous dishes and celebrity stories and other aspects of the cultural elements behind Cantonese cuisine, to bring the audience the story behind the delicious.
At the media meeting, Guangzhou Restaurant and Guangzhou Tourism Business Vocational technical school respectively brought Cantonese dim sum displays and wonderful knife performances. "Pantang Wuxiu" is the first pictographic dim sum pioneered by Guangzhou restaurants, based on the famous "Wuxiu" of Xiguan, namely ci mushrooms, diamond horns, lotus roots, bamboo shoots, horseshoes as the prototype, natural and vivid image to bring diners a new sensory experience, is a representative exquisite beauty. As the "Whampoa Military Academy" of Cantonese cuisine masters, Guangzhou Tourism Business Vocational Technical School has trained many Cantonese cuisine masters with such excellent qualities.
Cantonese cuisine originated in the Qin and Han Dynasties, formed in the Tang and Song Dynasties, matured in the late Qing Dynasty, flourished in the Republic of China, and prospered in the contemporary era. Cantonese cuisine has developed from Lingnan to Beijing and Shanghai, and has spread across the world. Behind the "food is not tired of fine and delicate" is the spiritual core of Guangdong people who dare to be the first, eclectic and keep pace with the times. Cantonese cuisine, immersed in the streets and alleys, soaked between the square inches of the table, soaked in you and me a meal and a vegetable, witnessing our yearning for a better life.
A major feature of this exhibition is the three Cantonese table, which are 12 Cantonese dishes, Chaoshan and Hakka imitation dishes. Among them, Guangfu imitation dishes are autumn colors of Foshan and are made by He Xin, the inheritor of national intangible cultural heritage.
Foshan Autumn Colors is a national intangible cultural heritage project, which refers to the celebration parade held by the people when the autumn agricultural harvest is harvested. The autumn handicrafts that reflect natural scenery or social life in the parade are called "scenery", and these twelve vivid Cantonese imitation dishes are made of wax molding in the "scenery" process.
Chaoshan cuisine and Hakka cuisine are made by the innovation and entrepreneurship project team of Chaomei University Students of Chaomei University of Hanshan Normal University using environmentally friendly polymer materials and stacking technology, and are made through modeling, coloring, shaping, assembling, dripping and other processes, showing the freshest and true appearance of the dishes.
During the exhibition, three experience activities will be launched: "Sweet Point - Cantonese Dim Sum Making Experience", "La Sausage - Xiguan Rice Milk Bra Sausage Making Experience" and "New Cantonese Taste - Cantonese Food Cooking Experience".
It is reported that after the exhibition, it will "travel" through the Guangdong Mobile Museum platform to guangzhou Liwan District Museum, Huizhou City Museum, Foshan Sanshui District Museum, Shaoguan City Museum and so on.
