How to do CPR and artificial respiration?
1. Ensure the safety of the surrounding environment;
2. Quickly determine whether the patient is conscious (judgment of consciousness);
3. Call for help and call others to come to help rescue;
4. Positioning (so that the patient is in a supine position);
5. Determine whether the patient is breathing abnormally (stop, slow or wheezing);
6. Chest compressions establish a cycle);
7. Open airway (unimpeded airway);
8. Artificial respiration twice (mouth-to-mouth or mouth-to-nose breathing);
9. Repeat steps 6, 7, 8;

When CPR is required
4-6 minutes after cardiac arrest will cause irreversible damage to the brain, and the chance of brain death after 10 minutes is as high as 100%! Therefore, after cardiac arrest, know how to use the correct CPR skills, in 4 minutes, the rescue success rate can reach more than 50%, if more than 6 minutes, the probability is only 4%, more than 10 minutes Survival chances are very slim.
It is difficult for emergency doctors to arrive at the scene within 4 minutes, and learning CPR can save another person's life in a critical situation.
