Zhao Ning: First of all, the impact of the New Deal on educational institutions is obvious to all, and there is no more to say here, but for those of us small and medium-sized educational institutions, it is indeed mixed, for example, we have some cooperative institutions and cooperative member units, under the "double subtraction" system, there are more students than before, students are actually very busy to spend a lot of time to learn the main subject, but after the "double subtraction" the students' spare time is more sufficient, so they can come out to learn these such as art, Calligraphy or physical education, the number of students in these disciplines is also large.

Zhao Ning: Yes, some primary schools in some places, public welfare primary schools, they are also inviting some educational institutions to come to them and study after school. Of course, there are some, just said mixed, there are also some educational institutions, because of the problem of teachers or funds, or there are also local policy problems, choose to wait or close, in fact, this is the second question you just asked, the new environment, what should be our point of strength, in the end as an industry people should be how to adjust, in fact, as a person who has been on the teaching front line for more than ten years, my views have not changed much, no matter in what environment, I feel good teachers and good resources, They are all very scarce, and we continue to provide high-quality teaching products and high-quality teachers for our institutions, helping everyone to become a relatively high-quality educational institution within two kilometers of themselves.

I also hope that all educational institutions, whether you are large, medium or small, we must also strive to optimize our own teaching team and management model, better serve the students and parents in the two-kilometer area, and create a convenient, comfortable and high-quality educational institution. Zhao Ning: I myself am a children's hard pen calligraphy teacher, this is my past job, and later did the teaching and research work of calligraphy and teacher training, in fact, the number of people I trained is also thousands of people, in my work for so many years also found that many teachers, front-line teachers will feedback to me that many children's pen grip after school have great problems, as if the pen grip problem has led to some children's posture, vision problems, this problem seems to appear in the primary school stage, But in fact, we all know that, for example, we are all primary school students in the 90s or post-00s primary school students, and children at that time may not have such a serious problem with holding a pen.

In fact, the reason is not that the child writes early, the main reason is that the child uses the pen too early, because we say that the current children, what time they all start to use the pen, such as three or four years old began to draw, began to use some pen courses, painting or English courses, there are such a scene with the pen, not necessarily writing, but a lot of institutions, as well as parents at home, he does not have the ability to guide the child's correct posture, he has neither knowledge nor ability, so the beginning may not highlight this problem in the kindergarten stage. In the primary school stage, it is the problem of holding the pen that is highlighted, mainly in the vision I just said, and the child's posture, there may be various problems.

When we see these, we will feel that as a teacher, if we let the preschool stage, whether it is an educational institution or a parent, they can master these basic sitting postures, the correct methods and skills of holding the pen, and teach the child, it is conceivable that the child's earliest contact with the pen is correct, and the posture problem behind him will be avoided. So we are now mainly promoting this part, hoping that some institutions can also let children hold the pen correctly early, rather than writing correctly, and correct their posture and vision problems.

Miaobi Xiaoxing itself is also doing a lot of public welfare work, we have been doing public welfare every year since the establishment of the company in 2016, we will join the school through our own member units, join the school, free of charge some of their own teaching materials, online courses, directly to some primary schools in remote areas, directly sent to the past, Miaobi Xiaoxing's love ambassador is our own member organization, they arrived at the local primary school, the children are very happy.
