From July 2003 to January 2007, he served as the deputy director of the Muli County Public Security Bureau;

From January 2007 to October 2011, he served as the political commissar of muli county public security bureau;

From June 2019 to July 2019, he served as the head of the traffic police detachment of the Liangshan Prefecture Public Security Bureau, and the secretary of the party committee and director of the Xichang Municipal Public Security Bureau

From July 2019 to September 2019, he served as the head of the traffic police detachment of the Liangshan Prefecture Public Security Bureau, the secretary of the party committee and director of the Xichang Municipal Public Security Bureau, and the nominee for the vice mayor of the municipal government;
