On January 17, the reporter saw at the nucleic acid sampling point of the First Hospital of Nanjing that as the Spring Festival approached, the amount of nucleic acid testing also increased.

Wang Jingsong, head of the fever diagnosis and nursing team of Nanjing First Hospital, told reporters that the amount of nucleic acid testing per day is two or three thousand, and the usual words are about one thousand and nine. When the flow of people is relatively large, the hospital arranges three windows, does not rest at noon, does not rest at night, and samples for everyone 24 hours, basically ensuring that the report is issued in about 12 hours.

It is understood that at present, there are 18 24-hour nucleic acid testing institutions in Nanjing, including Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital, Nanjing First Hospital, Nanjing Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, Yifu Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University, and Jingxin Branch of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University.

At the same time, recently, the disease control departments of Huai'an, Jiangsu, Shenzhen, Zhejiang, Huzhou and other places have also issued reminders that in order to reduce the interference with the nucleic acid false positive results of personnel testing nucleic acid caused by nucleic acid fragments of vaccine strains in the vaccination area, the public can only take samples for nucleic acid testing after 48 hours of vaccination with the new crown virus vaccine.

This is because the new crown virus inactivated vaccine is prepared by the wild virus through culture, inactivation and other processes, the virus has lost its infectivity and pathogenicity, but still retains a relatively complete viral nucleic acid fragment. During the vaccination process, opening the vaccine bottle, extracting the vaccine liquid, venting the syringe, the liquid residue in the syringe or vaccine bottle after vaccination, etc., may contaminate the surface of the vaccination table, wall, door handle, corridor, clothing of the inoculated person and the recipient in the vaccination site in a liquid or aerosol manner, and the current use of polymerase chain reaction detection Is extremely sensitive, such as sampling before the nucleic acid fragment is degraded, it is likely that the nucleic acid test result is positive.
