Guan Xiangning, female, born in October 1933 in Jilin. After retiring, he studied landscape painting in 1992. In 1994, he became a member of the Chinese Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Research Association, and in June 1998, his works participated in the Beijing, Shenzhen and Hong Kong Police Calligraphy and Painting Photography Exhibition, which were exhibited in the Beijing History Museum, the Hong Kong City Hall and Shenzhen. In May 1999, he participated in a personal group exhibition held by the Ministry of Public Security's Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Research Association. In September 1999, the calligraphy and painting exhibition "Ode to the Motherland" celebrating the 55th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China was celebrated. The works of "Changbai Snow", "Autumn Colors of the Great Wall", "Streams and Streams", and "Taidai Yingxue" were included in the "Fourth Contemporary Chinese Landscape Painting Exhibition", "Xiangshui Lake" and "Past Like Smoke" and were included in the compilation of "Chinese Art Heirlooms". In May 2000, he was elected as a director of the Ministry of Public Security's Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Research Association. In December 2000, he was admitted as a creative researcher of the Chinese Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Research Association. On August 20, 2002, "Commemorating Chairman Mao's Speech at the Yan'an Forum on Literature and Art" was published in the 60th anniversary of the exhibition of calligraphy and painting, and the "Yuyuantan Map" was exhibited at the China History Museum in Beijing and awarded the first prize. In December 2012, the first national exhibition of female police officers' calligraphy and painting works was included in the exhibition. In January 2015, his work "Clean Wind and Positive Spirit" won the first prize in the 2014 Collection of Honest Government Cultural Works of the Ministry of Education. In September 2015, his works won the second prize of calligraphy and painting for retired cadres of the Ministry of Public Security.
