On October 24, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the Opinions on The Complete, Accurate and Comprehensive Implementation of the New Development Concept to Do a Good Job in Carbon Neutrality (hereinafter referred to as the "Opinions"), pointing out that by 2025, an economic system of green and low-carbon circular development will initially take shape, and the energy utilization efficiency of key industries will be greatly improved. By the end of 2021, the number of charging infrastructure in the country reached 2.617 million units, an increase of 70.1% year-on-year.
