This year is the thirty-seventh year of Dr. Peng's establishment, what stage of development has Dr. Peng experienced?

A: The first stage is the telecom value-added service operator, Dr. Peng seized the development opportunity of "Broadband China", completed the acquisition of Great Wall Broadband in 2013, and promoted 100 Megabit Broadband and 4K Jiqing video terminal boxes in the industry, relying on "independent development" to kill the blood road and develop into the fourth communication operator.

The second stage is the integration of asset-light cloud network transformation, with the macro policy and market environment changes, starting from 2017, our traditional track has been squeezed, and the performance has begun to decline. Therefore, in 2019, Dr. Peng became a cloud business unit, began to upgrade to "cloud operation" with "genes", focusing on the layout and construction of cloud business basic energy, and has now formed a cloud integration basic architecture base. At the same time, Dr. Peng began to transform assets lightly in 2020, selling the equity of Great Wall Broadband and selling some data center assets. In the past, Dr. Peng's assets were too heavy, which was not conducive to the development of the company, and after light assets, we will focus more on operations.

The third stage is to move towards digital intelligent operators, and at the end of 2021, we have identified the goal of future development of the company, from a traditional communication operator to a new digital service operator. In order to achieve this goal, Dr. Peng proposed a new strategy for the development of digital intelligence - "N+3+X".

Through its own digital and intelligent upgrading, we grasp the incremental space of the traditional communications industry, turn to the in-depth expansion of the industry through competition and opening up, adhere to the fine tradition of mechanism and system innovation, take scientific and technological innovation as the new driving engine, complete the transformation from traditional communication operators to new digital intelligent service operators, and create the first curve of Pengbo.

What do you think of the hashrate network boom? What is the connection between hashrate network and cloud network service?
