The pre-inspection mode settled in the main engine factory will enable the new car to achieve "off-line inspection", and the vehicle inspection content will be informatized in advance, simplifying the inspection and registration process after the owner buys the car.
The new regulations exempt from inspection are small and micro non-operating passenger cars. When inspecting the vehicle at the factory, the production enterprise shares the vehicle information with the public security traffic management department, and the masses are exempted from the inspection of the motor vehicle when registering. Actively promote a new model of Internet registration services, realize online car sales, online number selection, and online registration, and facilitate the masses to quickly register cards.
According to China's laws and regulations, new vehicles need to go to the local vehicle management office for vehicle inspection and registration before licensing. After the implementation of the pre-inspection of the main engine factory, after the vehicle leaves the production line, the data acquisition system can record the information required for the vehicle inspection.
The pre-collected information of the main engine factory includes vehicle appearance photos, vehicle identification codes, engine models, etc., and pre-inspection materials include factory certificates, vehicle environmental protection lists and consistency certificates.
In this mode, the information inspection and registration work will be fully online, through technical means to collect relevant information at the same time to generate a unique and certain code package uploaded to the vehicle management office system, each dealer can also update the vehicle situation and purchaser information in real time in the later stage.
After the car purchase, the owner no longer needs to go to the vehicle management office to check the license plate, and directly arranges the license making and delivery process after the verification is completed, which simplifies and saves the process procedures and the time spent on going to the vehicle management office, and improves the experience of car purchase.
