Changchun people Do you remember the food stamps of those years?

Changchun people Do you remember the food stamps of those years?

Speaking of food stamps, the post-80s may know a little bit, but the post-90s, post-00s, and post-10s: what is it used for? Can you eat KFC, can you eat Pizza Hut? Can buy Starbucks, can buy Honey Snow Ice City no...

And the old friends before the 80s, the enthusiasm came - at that time, food stamps were better than money! You can buy food, you can sell meat, you can tv, you can buy bicycles...

Some scholars and elderly people say that the history of grain stamps is a historical product under special economic conditions; the history of grain stamps is by no means an ordinary cultural and entertainment history, but a solemn and rich history of the Chinese nation's entrepreneurship, a life history of the struggle of Chinese descendants against poverty and hunger, a true portrayal and proof of the history of China's planned economy, and an event of profound historical significance.

Food stamps of those years

Narrator: Mrs. Li

The 71-year-old Li Da niang is an authentic Changchun native who has lived in Nanguan District since her grandparents.

She said that her ancestors were in business, and they basically suffered from childhood to adulthood! "But the 'ingredients' in my house are not high, and this cannot be said indiscriminately..."

Li Da Niang said that forty or fifty years have passed, and she has moved almost ten times, and those food stamps in her hand are still there!

Some experts say that in the development of Chinese food stamps, many unique food stamps have survived to this day, and have even developed into the remaining treasures of many collectors.

But Mrs. Li said that she herself did not know whether the food stamps in her hand were valuable, but she just wanted to keep them.

Approaching the Spring Festival, in recent days, by chance, I saw a pile of food stamps in Li Daniang's home...

In fact, at the beginning, when it was mentioned that it was almost the New Year, the old man first took out the old photos of his parents, which should be a group photo of the husband and wife before liberation.

Later, when talking about the topic of buying New Year goods for the New Year, Li Da Niang opened the "treasure chest" again, and only then did she see the food stamps and soy product tickets from 1965 to 1992.

At the same time, there are grain and oil saving certificates, fuel supply certificates, urban grain and oil supply certificates, etc.

Li Da Niang said that the soy product ticket is a "tofu ticket", and you can use it to buy big tofu... Everyday life depends on these "tickets".

According to relevant information:

In September 1955, the Ministry of Food Stamps of the People's Republic of China printed and issued the first set of national general grain stamps. In order to further improve the anti-counterfeiting effect of tickets, the state successfully developed watermark paper with patterns such as "five-pointed star" and "ancient coins" in 1959.

In 1960, a more complex "Tiananmen" pattern was developed to fix the watermark of the special printing paper. The 1978 edition of the People's Republic of China food stamps and the 1982 edition of the national general grain stamps were all watermarked paper when they were printed.

After 1984, all food stamps printed in all provinces of the country were changed to "grams" and "kilograms (kilograms)" as the units of measurement.

In 1993, the supply of grain and oil was open, and the food stamps were useless and were officially declared to stop using, and the "ticket economy" that lasted for nearly 40 years came to an end...
