1. Participation in the parade becomes a turning point in fate
Weng Da, formerly known as Feng Ming, is a native of Xinfa Village, Chun'an County, Zhejiang Province. Because Onda's family is not well-off, he went to work in the factory at a very young age, and it was this part-time job that changed the fate of Onda's life.

In 1937, the Anti-Japanese War officially broke out, and Weng Da was transferred to Tunxi, Anhui Province, as the commander of the second battalion of the Special Task Force Regiment of the Third Theater of the Nationalist Government.
