The man chiang kai-shek ordered severe sanctions was named Zhang Jingyao, who was one of the leaders of the Warlords of the Beiyang Anhui Clan, and Zhang Jingyao was famous in the world at that time, not because of his military ability and the status of warlord leader, but because of his notorious history of ruling Hunan.

In February 1933, Dai Kasa received the news that "Itagaki Seishiro, chief of staff of the Japanese Kwantung Army, had infiltrated Beijing from Fengtian", and this information attracted great attention from him and Chiang Kai-shek.
Because at this time, after occupying the three eastern provinces, Japan has always been eyeing North China, and in order to occupy North China at an early date, Itagaki Seishiro sent Japanese agents twice in a row a few months ago to assassinate He Yingqin, the kuomintang's top military commander in North China, in a vain attempt to make North China appear leaderless.
The Japanese plan to assassinate He Yingqin ultimately failed, and Chiang Kai-shek hurriedly mobilized 12 divisions of troops to jointly defend the front line of the Great Wall and resolutely confront the Japanese army.

In April 1933, Zhang Jingyao personally visited his compatriot Wang Zhixin, then a commander of the Kuomintang garrison in Beiping, with a check for one million, with the aim of plotting against Wang Zhixin's treason and defection to the enemy, and serving as the deputy commander-in-chief of the Pingjin Second Army.
After sending Zhang Jingyao away, Wang Zhixin immediately reported the situation to the Nanjing side.
When Dai Reported Wang Zhixin's call to Chiang Kai-shek, Chiang Kai-shek was furious. In order to smash the conspiracy of the Japanese invaders and protect the security of north China, he decided to get rid of this big traitor, and at the same time played a role in killing a hundred people.
Chiang Kai-shek, who was moved to kill, immediately issued an urgent sanction order to Dai Kasa: "Immediately, severely punish Zhang Qijingyao." ”
"Immediately" was the internal term of the military command at that time, which meant "within a week", which was also the first assassination order issued by Chiang Kai-shek to the secret service.
After receiving the order to "assassinate Zhang Jingyao," Dai Kasa did not dare to be slack in the slightest, so he immediately rushed to Beiping by train, urgently summoned Chen Gongshu, director of the Beiping Station of the Secret Service, and Wang Tianmu, director of the Tianjin Station, and personally issued a secret order to punish the traitor Zhang Jingyao.
The Great Wall Resistance
Chen Gongshu was only in his twenties at the time, and he had no experience in planning and executing assassination activities, while Dai Kasa provided only one piece of available information, "Zhang Jingyao was in Dongjiaomin Lane", which brought great difficulties to the assassination work.
Chen Gongshu believes that it is simply a fantasy to complete the task within seven days, but Wang Tianmu, another person in charge, is quite calm.
Wang Tianmu studied in Japan, can speak fluent Japanese, has a certain military experience, and is very experienced in handling things, and Dai Kasa relies on him for many things.
Before leaving, Dai Kasa specially explained to Wang Tianmu: "This is the first assassination order issued by Chairman Jiang to the secret service, and we must complete the task on time at any cost." As the seven-day mission began to count down, Wang Tianmu and Chen Gongshu's first task was to determine Where Zhang Jingyao was hiding.
What worried Chen Gongshu the most was that only five or six intelligence officers could be used at the Beiping Station of the Secret Service, and no one could play the role of killer at all.
Just when Chen Gongshu was at a loss, one of his Whampoa Military Academy classmates, Bai Shixiong, appeared in his field of vision.
Bai Shixiong had served in the army, had some experience, and his marksmanship was particularly accurate. When Chen Gongshu told him that he wanted to punish a traitor, he decisively agreed to join the special service Beiping Station.
The killer's candidate was found, and the next step was to determine which location Zhang Jingyao was in Dongjiaomin Lane, which was three kilometers long, and it was very difficult to lock Zhang Jingyao's precise location in a short period of time.
In addition, after the signing of the Treaty of Xinugu, Dongjiaomin Lane became the embassy district of various countries in China, enjoying extraterritorial jurisdiction. With his grasp of Zhang Jingyao's psychology and his familiarity with the terrain of Dongjiaomin Lane, Wang Tianmu quickly deduced that Zhang Jingyao was hiding in the Six Kingdoms Hotel in Dongjiaomin Lane, and informed Dai Kasa of the news, who immediately ordered: "Keep an eye on the target."

As soon as Wang Tianmu heard that it was Zhang Zhifu, he naturally knew that it was Zhang Jingyao, and he had a clever move, picked up the clothes made by the tailor with his hands, measured them on his body, found that the dress was very long, and said: "Yo, this person is very tall!" ”
The tailor replied, "Inspector Zhang is more than one meter and eight tall." ”

From the tailor's mouth, it was learned that Zhang Jingyao had chartered three rooms on the third floor of the Six Kingdoms Hotel, 231, 233 and 235, but which one he lived in, Wang Tianmu and others could not be sure. Moreover, Zhang Jingyao is still from the military, and his vigilance is very high, and if he is hard to break through, he will definitely not be able to do it.
At this moment, Wang Tianmu suddenly thought of a good way, not only to find out which room Zhang Jingyao lived in, but also not to arouse people's suspicions.
Because Wang Tianmu knew a chief of staff next to Zhang Jingyao, he wanted to break in and find out, and if the people in the room asked, Wang Tianmu could say, "I came to find Zhang Jingyao's chief of staff." ”
So Wang Tianmu took Bai Shixiong upstairs, but the chief of staff was not there, so they had to go out.
Just as Wang Tianmu and Bai Shixiong were walking downstairs in frustration, they suddenly found that the window of a room in the hotel was open, and there was a man dressing inside, this person was very tall, and there was a pinch of hair on the chin of his mouth, Wang Tianmu was more certain that this person was Zhang Jingyao.
Wang Tianmu did not expect that Zhang Jingyao, who had made them search so hard, did not live in the three rooms under his own charter, and it was no wonder that he could not find any trace of him.
After recognizing Zhang Jingyao, Wang Tianmu immediately ordered Bai Shixiong to prepare to attack, and he hurried downstairs to find someone to meet him.
Bai Shixiong walked into Zhang Jingyao's room with a gun, and after confirming that there was a pinch of hair on the chin of his mouth, he fired three shots at him in a row.

After seeing the newspaper, Chen Gongshu and the others were suddenly frightened out of a cold sweat, and their hearts were flooded with muttering: "Isn't it Zhang Jingyao who assassinated?" ”
The next day's "Declaration" reported: "Zhang Jingyao, an ancient member of the Chang Dynasty, under a pseudonym, acted as a traitor, plotted against him, was sniped at the Six Kingdoms Hotel, was seriously injured, and was killed last night." ”
It turned out that after Zhang Jingyao became a traitor, because he was afraid of revealing his true identity, he used the pseudonym Chang Shigu to live in the Six Kingdoms Hotel and carry out secret activities.
After seeing this news, Wang Tianmu and Chen Gongshu and others were particularly happy, because this was the first traitor successfully assassinated by the Secret Service since its establishment, so the two jointly wrote a report to Dai Kasa.
After seeing the report, Dai Kasa said excitedly: "Oh, this case is too classic, our secret service can do this every time, it would be great." ”
The first assassination mission was a great victory, and this case was also used as a teaching material for future study within the military command.
At this time, the Japanese army had also broken through the Great Wall defense line and was preparing to attack in the direction of Beiping. When the Japanese army learned that Zhang Jingyao had been assassinated, their plan to cooperate with the outside world was ruined.
Under the heroic counterattack of the Chinese army, on May 31, 1933, China and Japan signed the Tanggu Agreement and drew an armistice line, the Japanese army's forces temporarily withdrew from North China, and Japan's conspiracy to establish a pseudo-North China state in North China was completely smashed.
