According to the Pujiang County Chronicle and inscriptions, the Han Dynasty had the general Mo Gong of Henan, who triumphantly marched to this point, see "Dragon Pan Phoenix Wing, Water Solid Mountain Ring" and lingered, abandoned the official JieLu submerged cultivation, and later generations built a pavilion to worship. Feixian Pavilion was built on the side of the mountains and rivers, and from the Tang Dynasty to the Ming Dynasty, it was successively called Mogongtang, Mofoyuan, Xinxiangyuan, and Guanyin Pavilion. In the Qing Dynasty, it was called Feixian Pavilion, also known as Biyun Peak.
