I don't blame the enemy for being cruel, I only blame myself for not being strong enough, and a village in the anti-Japanese battlefield has disappeared

This was a massacre that occurred in Weihai, Shandong during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression.

At the foot of WeihaiWei Hulu Mountain, there was originally a village called Li Jia hitomi who was surrounded by mountains and waters. After the Japanese invaded Weihai, Li Jiayi had two local armed forces organized by the Chinese government at that time, Zheng Weiping and Cong Jingyue.

On November 13, 1938, more than 200 Japanese and traitorous troops assembled in Ludaokou Village to prepare to encircle and suppress the anti-Japanese forces.

In the early morning of the 14th, the enemy dispatched in two ways, all the way to Banshang, the southern suburbs, the port front, and the Song family pupil. Banbi Mountain to Huangbuzhuang; all the way to Sunjiatan and Gangnan, North Xiaocheng to South Xiaocheng, surrounded by Longhu Mountain and Hulu Mountain before dawn.

At this time, the anti-Japanese guerrillas besieged by the Japanese had two companies of Zheng Weiping and one company of Cong Jingyue, and the company of Cong Jingyue withdrew first. One of the two companies of ZhengBu was surrounded by Japanese Kou, and the officers and men desperately broke through, resulting in sixty or seventy people killed; the other company wanted to cover the retreat of comrades-in-arms, but also killed more than ten people, and the rest fled.

After the Japanese Kou had solved the garrison in the village, they surrounded Li Jia hitomi, and an officer actually ordered all the men to be killed, and 18 people were killed on the spot. Li He, who was over the age of flower armor, and a 12-year-old child, Li Tianshou, were all beaten to death. Then a group of Japanese Kou sneaked into Li Tianqing's house and killed 4 people.

At about 9 a.m., the Japanese Kou poured gasoline on the houses in the village and set fire to 117 large and small houses. After Li Jiayi was burned and killed by the Japanese Kou, only 10 people were left in the village, including Li Tianhe, Li Guangqi, Li Tianxiang, Li Tianshun, and Li Guangquan, and although they survived, they did not dare to live in the village anymore, and could only be forced to live elsewhere.

The Li Jia hitomi massacre is actually the same as many of the tragedies created by the Japanese in the War of Resistance Against Japan, the Japanese Kou carried out crazy massacres of the people on the battlefield, the war was terrible, the common people were the most innocent, but the aggressors could not care about these, when they encountered some setbacks on the road of aggression, they would vent their anger on the people.

As the station of the anti-Japanese guerrillas, perhaps today we feel that the people of this village are very great and can make their own contributions to the anti-Japanese resistance, but they do not have the right to choose, of course, they expect their own team to defeat the invaders, and they will also support their own team from the bottom of their hearts. But they would also be afraid, after all, Shandong at that time was almost all under the control of the Japanese Kou.

It is the sadness of mankind that a village disappeared because of a massacre, and there are not many such stories in history, and even more so in the War of Resistance Against Japan. Remember the lessons of history, not to pull hatred, nor to take revenge. We just want to be vigilant at all times, to make ourselves strong, so that tragic history will not be repeated.
