Since it is impossible to give a specific torque force, it is recommended to tighten it with bare hands when loading back the screw, which is really a "miracle of strength"...
Igor's lab tested washers of different thicknesses, all of which were fully tested by the oven, and the statistical result was that the 1.0mm gasket performed best, with a maximum reduction of 5.76°C.
