Cold noodles with sesame sauce

1 Cook the hand-rolled noodles in a pot of boiling water with a little salt until cooked thoroughly, remove the cold boiling water and cool it through and dry
2 Then pour sesame oil and mix the noodles well and let it open
3 Wash the cucumber and cut into shredded cucumbers.
4 bean sprouts to the root fold long section, blanched in boiling water to fish out.
5 Stir the tahini in light salted water into a thin sesame sauce.

Chicken shredded cold noodles
1 chicken is boiled and torn into strips, cabbage washed and shredded for later.

Korean cold noodles
1 Beef is soaked in cold water for 20 minutes, soaking the blood foam and washing it clean.

Cold mixed noodles
