Since there is no hyperbaric oxygen chamber at the Children's Medical Center, doctors recommend that the child be transferred to Xinhua Hospital for treatment immediately.
The test results of Xinhua Hospital showed that the content of carbon monoxide hemoglobin in the children's blood had dropped to 12 at this time, but it was still far beyond the normal standard.
Ms. Lu told reporters that she had previously held two rounds of negotiations with the hot pot restaurant, but the two sides had not reached an agreement.
Ms. Lu demanded 70,000 yuan in compensation;
Ms. Wu demanded compensation (including medical expenses and transportation expenses) totaling 46,000 yuan;
Another Ms. Ding claimed compensation of more than 60,000 yuan.
For the above expenses, Ms. Lu explained that it included medical expenses (reimbursed with hospital invoices), transportation expenses (reimbursed by tickets), and lost work expenses (the unit issued relevant certificates), but was rejected by the merchant.
Ms. Lu said that after consultation with several parents, she raised the following three demands:
First, apologize;
Second, the merchant began to operate on the third day after the incident, asking for a processing result;
Third, seek reasonable compensation, including medical expenses, transportation costs to pick up and drop off children to the hospital, as well as nutrition costs, lost work expenses and mental loss costs.
