On January 11, enterprise WeChat announced that it will open up with Tencent Documents and Tencent Conference, and the new version of Enterprise WeChat integrates the native capabilities of Tencent Documents and Tencent Conference applications, and users can enter the new version of documents and conferences from the homepage, workbench, group chat and other multiple entrances. This move means that Tencent's industrial Internet efficiency tools have officially been integrated.

Huang Tieming, vice president of the WeChat business group, said that at present, the number of active users of enterprise WeChat is 180 million, the number of real enterprises and organizations is 10 million, and the number of WeChat activities of enterprise WeChat services is 500 million. According to the relevant person in charge of Tencent Conference, the number of Tencent conference users exceeded 200 million, and the number of user participation in 2021 exceeded 4 billion times, covering more than 220 countries and regions, ranking first in the industry.

In the past 3 years, enterprise WeChat, Tencent documents, Tencent conferences have shown a rapid development trend, after opening up, not only within the enterprise, but also in the enterprise and upstream and downstream partners, enterprises and WeChat customers communication and collaboration freely, enterprise WeChat will become the exclusive "connector" of enterprises.

In the traditional office era, a document is a piece of recorded paper, and the fused document becomes a space for many people to collaborate. The fusion version of the document forms a seamless connection with the enterprise WeChat address book, schedule, meeting, chat, email and other functions. For example, users can insert a colleague's business card or even a group chat in a document with one click. People who receive the document can start a conversation with one click or join a group chat.

At the same time, the boundaries of enterprise collaboration are being broken. People inside and outside the enterprise can be invited to collaborate, from the past "send documents out" to the current "add people in", documents have truly become a communication place and collaboration space.

The fusion version of the conference can not only be launched in the homepage, chat and agenda of the enterprise WeChat, without sharing the link multiple times, but also through the opening of the enterprise WeChat and Tencent meetings, so that participants inside and outside the enterprise can choose to participate in the meeting through the enterprise WeChat, or choose the Tencent conference client to join.

It is understood that the three major products are not simply open interfaces, but open up the underlying capabilities of each other and carry out deep integration.
