Nestlé Greater China offers parental leave for male employees up to 6 months

Nestlé China WeChat public account news on January 10, "Nestlé Greater China Region Childcare Support Policy" was implemented on January 1, 2022. The policy provides for 18 or 4 weeks of full-pay parental support leave for male employees in Nestlé Greater China as first or second dependents. The first dependent may apply for parental support leave of up to 6 months. Adoptive parents can also be the first or second dependent and enjoy the same parenting support leave policy.

Nestlé China also said that as the first policy to be implemented in Nestlé Greater China in 2022, Nest-level support is also implemented in many ways. For example, the childcare package benefits have been significantly improved, and support in employment anti-discrimination, health protection, flexible working arrangements and other aspects has been strengthened to make work-life balance better.
