It is understood that the calligraphy and painting competition by the Guiyang Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, Guiyang Property Management Association sponsored, the competition received a total of more than 30 property enterprises in the city, more than 100 community owners submitted 707 works, including 356 calligraphy works, 351 fine arts works, and finally 108 high-quality works stood out.

Chen Tingting, as the representative of the winning owners, shared the acceptance speech. She said that in their daily lives, they often participate in the activities organized by Honglicheng Property, and together with the property staff, they beautify their homes through manhole covers, which attracts many owners to participate in the scene. Like Chen Tingting, the other two award-winning owners were also recommended by Honglicheng Property.
