As we all know, cultural relics are not only the testimony of history, but also valuable rare treasures, as a cultural power with a long history, China's cultural relics handed down from ancient times to the present day are no longer known, if you count the treasures that were originally snatched by the British and French coalition forces and the Eight-Nation Alliance, I am afraid that 10 more large museums can be opened. However, this is only on the surface, the treasures flowing out through the hands of tomb robbers have long been filled in the mixed cultural relics market, if you want to find them, in addition to having a superior vision, you must have a certain luck.

In August 1945, after the Japanese Emperor announced his unconditional surrender, the Kwantung Army still in Japan fell into a final frenzy, unwilling to accept defeat and intended to fight to the end. However, with the arrival of the 1.5 million Soviet Red Army, the temper of the Kwantung Army was destroyed, first 83,000 people were killed, then 594,000 people were captured, and the Kwantung Army, which had long been left with old, weak, sick and disabled, had lost the strength to make a comeback. After the defeat of the Kwantung Army, the puppet state of Manchukuo naturally became fragmented, just as the so-called "tree fell and scattered", at that juncture when they fled, the treasures treasured in the palace did not escape the fate of being looted.
At that time, the puppet Manchu Palace was in chaos, and both the palace maids and the guards desperately packed up the calligraphy and paintings, although they did not understand, they also knew that these were valuable treasures. Li Laohan was one of the guards of the Puppet Manchu Palace, and at that juncture, he also joined the robbery army and soon grabbed a painting. I have to say that Li Laohan is still very discerning, the material of this painting is silk, compared to ordinary paper, it is much stronger. In addition, there is a beautiful packaging box on the outside of this painting, even if the painting is not valuable, this box alone may be able to sell for a high price.
However, Li Laohan and other people who absconded with treasures were stopped by the Soviet army, and his painting was also taken. In desperation, Li Laohan had to find his brother-in-law, who was also a guard, who could speak a little Russian and maybe help. In this way, the two men pooled their money to get a bottle of vodka and gave it to the Soviet guards, and the ancient painting was exchanged back. A few years later, life returned to calm, and Li Laohan also took the opportunity to sell ancient paintings to see if anyone who knew the goods bought them. Unfortunately, no matter how much he shouted, no one cared, and the only thing to talk about was that the box used to hold the painting was bought, and the money he had bought for vodka came back.
After the founding of New China, Li Laohan was much more honest, and he never dared to confide in others any news about the ancient paintings, first, he was worried about revealing his experience as an errand boy in puppet Manchukuo; second, he felt that this painting was not worth anything at all, otherwise, he would not have been unable to sell it. Therefore, he hung the ancient painting on the stove to block the ash, and since he could not sell it, it was better to make good use of it. In April 1962, the relevant departments began to collect the treasures that flowed out of the puppet Manchu Palace that year, as long as they took the initiative to hand them in, they did not blame the past.
One day, the expert group came to the resident compound of a textile factory in Changchun, where Li Laohan was a boilermaker and whose home was in the courtyard. After a while, several experts walked into Li Laohan's home, and coincidentally, one of the experts just noticed the rag that Li Laohan hung on the stove, although it was already full of dust, but the corner of the rag revealed a distinctive dark yellow. In this way, the expert took the rag down, and after some observation, several people finally discovered the true face of the rag - "Wen Ji Gui Han Tu".
"Wen Ji Gui Han Tu" is a famous painting of the Jin Dynasty, which has a history of more than 1,000 years, and the one that Li Laohan hangs on the stove is obviously a long-lost authentic painting. Later, Li Laohan told the process of getting "Wen Ji Gui Han Tu" one by one, and the experts looked at each other, and finally couldn't help but sigh: You have made a lot of money. Indeed, "Wen Ji Gui Han Tu" is a rare treasure, the value is not the same as ordinary calligraphy and painting, if Li Laohan sells it, he will definitely make a lot of money. However, Li Laohan gave up this idea, and under the persuasion of experts, he finally donated it, and now this "Wenji Guihan Map" is in the Jilin Museum.
