Henan added 60 new locally confirmed cases on January 9

At 0-24:00 on January 9, there were 60 new locally confirmed cases in Henan Province (24 cases in Zhengzhou City, 15 cases in Anyang City, and 21 cases in Xuchang City); 1 new imported confirmed case; no new asymptomatic infected and suspected cases; 2 local confirmed cases cured and discharged, and 1 case imported confirmed case cured and discharged from hospital.

From January 21, 2020 to 24:00 on January 9, 2022, Henan Province has reported a cumulative total of 1,941 confirmed cases (1,803 cases in china and 138 cases imported from abroad), and 314 existing hospitalized cases (301 cases in china and 13 cases imported from abroad). There is 1 asymptomatic infected person under medical observation (1 case imported from abroad). A total of 55,942 close contacts have been traced, and 6,620 close contacts are under observation.
