Among many ancient poets, Du Fu, who has the title of "Poetic Saint", has always been in the style of simple and pathetic realist poetry, but in his life, in fact, he has changed the norm and has a wild and uninhibited side, from his well-known work "Eight Immortals in Drinking", it can be seen that Du Fu also wrote a 28-word curse poem, the last two sentences are thousands of ancient famous words, just 28 words without a dirty word, you think you are praising people.
The name of this poem is "Gifting Flowers", which is a seven-word poem, the full text of which is as follows:
Jincheng silk pipe day after day, half into the river wind and half into the clouds.
This song should only be heard in heaven, how many times can it be heard on earth?
Seeing this, I believe that some readers will express doubts, the last two sentences are indeed famous, but is it not used to describe the beauty of the instrument? In fact, combined with the actual background at that time, we can understand the truth.
Du Fu wrote the poem in the second year of the Tang Dynasty (761), and the title "Hua Qing" did not refer to anyone else, but to the famous Tang Dynasty general Hua Jingding at that time, since the Tang Dynasty Anshi Rebellion, the Tang Dynasty has not recovered its vitality, and the envoys in various places also began to support the army and respect themselves, and by April 761, Jiannan Jiedu made Duan Zizhang rebel in Sanchuan, claiming himself the King of Liang, and successively conquered Mianzhou and Jianzhou.
Seeing that the Tang Dynasty would once again fall into war and crisis, Nishikawa Jiedu made Cui Guangyuan and the general Hua Jingding turn the tide, and they cooperated with the rest of the troops to raid Mianzhou, capture and kill Duan Zizhang, and successfully stop the rebellion. Subsequently, it entered Shuzhong and suppressed the rest of the rebels.
At this time, Du Fu, because the war was wandering in Shu, he also admired Cui Guangyuan Hua Jingding and others who quelled the rebellion, but when Hua Jingding took his men and occupied Jinzhou City, Du Fu found something wrong.
Along the way, Hua Jingding fought to quell the rebellion by himself, and was overjoyed, and immediately began to be disrespectful and do evil, after entering the city, Hua Jingding harvested the silk bamboo band in the rebel troops, openly playing in the lobby, while drinking and enjoying. According to the laws of the Tang Dynasty at that time, the etiquette system was very strict, even if it was music, the boundaries were unusually clear, and only the emperor could use the instruments of this level, and the courtiers played without authorization, which was disorderly and rebellious.
Hua Jingding did not seem to put the emperor in his eyes, he indulged in eroticism, so that the image of this fierce general who conquered the rebels began to fall sharply in Du Fu's heart, and wrote this "Gifting Flowers qing", on the surface, he seemed to be praising the softness and beauty of the music, but in fact accusing Hua Jingding of trespassing his duties and doing more than he could.
Later, Hua Jingding's behavior was even more so, he arrogantly indulged soldiers, robbed civilian property, and even "cut off the wrists of women to steal gold medals." His words and deeds were no different from those of the rebels, and Du Fu, who was extremely disappointed, wrote "Drama Hua Qing Song": "Li Hou has this moderation, and there is no humanity in my qing." Since it is said that there is no one in the world, why doesn't the Son of Heaven summon the shou Kyoto? "To mock and criticize Hua Jingding's absurd behavior."
The people who could be "praised" by Du Fu for writing two poems in one breath, the Tang Dynasty seemed to be unable to find a second except Hua Jingding, but in that year, Hua Jingding finally paid the price for his actions, and the remnants of Duan Zizhang fled to the Zhulin Temple Iron Barrel Mountain (in present-day Sichuan County) in Danling, Hua Jingding was proud of the enemy, drove straight in, and as a result, he was ambushed and killed by the rebels.
