Because of his gratitude to Feng Yuxiang, Chiang Kai-shek decided to exchange Lan Pu with Feng Yuxiang and marry a brother with a different surname. Feng Yuxiang was five years older than Chiang Kai-shek, so he became the eldest brother of worship, and the two were particularly close every time they exchanged letters, Chiang Kai-shek called Feng Yuxiang the eldest brother of Huan Zhang, and Feng Yuxiang called Chiang Kai-shek the younger brother of Jieshi.
However, even two people who are so close have times when they turn against each other. In 1930, the Central Plains War broke out, and the cause of the war was that Feng Yuxiang wanted Chiang Kai-shek to go to the field. The Battle of the Central Plains eventually ended with Zhang Xueliang changing the banner and joining the Central Plains to support Chiang Kai-shek. After the Battle of the Central Plains, Feng Yuxiang completely lost his military power.

Feng Yuxiang's second son's name was Feng Hongzhi, and he is still alive today. He studied in the Soviet Union with Chiang Kai-shek's son Chiang Ching-kuo. Feng Hongzhi is now an internationally renowned nuclear physicist and has now become an American citizen. Feng Yuxiang's third son, Feng Hongda, also studied in the Soviet Union when he was young, and became deputy director of the Navy After returning to China, he became the deputy director of the Navy.
Feng Yuxiang's eldest daughter is Feng Lida, a famous pathologist who serves as the vice president of the People's Liberation Army Naval General Hospital. Feng Yuxiang's second daughter, whose name is Feng Yingda, also studied in the Soviet Union and later entered Tsinghua University.
