In 1946, Chiang Kai-shek mistakenly entered our party's intelligence station, and someone proposed an assassination plan.

May 1946,

Chiang Kai-shek

By plane, from Xi'an to Hankou, he made a brief stay while passing through Xinxiang. I'm afraid that Old Jiang himself didn't expect that this stay would actually make him almost die.

Originally, as soon as Chiang Kai-shek arrived in Xinxiang, he wanted to eat at the famous "Dog Ignore" bun shop, but what he didn't know was that this bun shop happened to be an underground military intelligence substation of our party.

After receiving the news from Lao Jiang himself, one of the underground party members said: "This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!" We could set up an ambush and have the sniper hide on the roof and shoot him and kill him. ”

As soon as this proposal came out, it was supported by some people present.

In 1946, Chiang Kai-shek mistakenly entered our party's intelligence station, and someone proposed an assassination plan.

But at this time, a middle-aged man in his mid-thirties firmly raised a different voice: "I don't agree." ”

As soon as these words came out, the whole audience was in an uproar, and some people directly questioned his purpose of preventing the assassination in person. But the man still did not waver, he said loudly:

We Communists absolutely cannot carry out assassinations!

This man, named

Qi WenShan

。 At his insistence, the assassination plan was finally canceled.

You must know that No matter how strong Chiang Kai-shek's vigilance is, he enters this "dog ignore" bun shop of his own choice, he will also relax his vigilance, at this time, the success rate of the assassination must be very high, and Qi Wenshan, who prevented the action, can almost be regarded as Chiang Kai-shek's "savior".

So why did Qi Wenshan oppose this plan? Who is he?

In 1946, Chiang Kai-shek mistakenly entered our party's intelligence station, and someone proposed an assassination plan.

Qi Wenshan is a native of Tianjin, formerly known as Qi Wenshan

Song Yiwen

。 His family was neither noble nor wealthy, but an ordinary family of urban poor.

In those days, the lives of the poor were low, and they could only do dirty and tiring hard work, but they were paid less than enough to fill their stomachs. There are nine children in the family, including Qi Wenshan, each of whom follows his father to work as a laborer in a foreign firm as soon as he reaches the age of work, and even so, the whole family still has no food, clothing or warmth.

When Qi Wenshan was 15 years old, his parents died one after another, and in order to survive, he ran to Jiaozuo, Henan Province, alone, to join his third brother who worked as a worker on the railway.

In 1932, with the financial support of the third brother, Qi Wenshan finally had the opportunity to study. In the Jiaozuo Rotary School, he met two mentors who influenced his life.

Li Daomin

and

Both were underground members of the CCP at the time.

Qi Wenshan, who came from a poor background, understood the difficult situation of the working people, and also witnessed the devastated motherland after the September 18 Incident, and after being educated, he wanted to find a way to save China and make all the oppressed people stand up.

Li Yang's two mentors pointed out the way for Qi Wenshan, and he stood up from the students and bravely spoke out, denouncing this cannibalistic society. He held high the banner of resistance to imperialism and organized the student movement on many occasions.

In 1933, Qi Wenshan joined the Chinese Communist Youth League under the introduction of Yang Xianbao, and the following year, he was successfully admitted to Jiaozuo Rotary Middle School with outstanding results. At that time, Qi Wenshan's third brother could not actually afford his brother's tuition, and it was the underground party organization that funded him to continue his studies considering Qi Wenshan's difficult situation.

Therefore, one of the words that Qi Wenshan often hangs on his lips is:

It was the underground party that used the party fee for me to study, and I had to study hard, work hard, and complete the tasks entrusted to me by the organization in order to repay the party's kindness.

Qi Wenshan, who entered the middle school, was elected as a member of the Student Salvation Congress, and in addition to studying, he actively participated in the revolutionary activities led by the party, publicized the idea of anti-Japanese salvation, and inspired those aspiring young people who did not want to see China sink like himself.

But not everyone was happy to see what Qi Wenshan had done. On December 9, 1935, Qi Wenshan organized Jiaozuo's students to participate in the "12.9" patriotic movement, and he bravely walked at the forefront of the line at the risk of being arrested by the reactionary police, and the reactionaries remembered his appearance.

The next day, Yang Xianquan, who received the sound of the wind, urgently informed Qi Wenshan:

Run

At this time, Qi Wenshan was already a member of the list of Kuomintang agents arrested, and the agents entered the school with the reactionary policemen and prepared to carry out secret arrests. Qi Wenshan immediately made a decision and directly escaped from the school by climbing the wall.

For safety reasons, he did not even have time to separate from his family and climbed onto the train heading south. His third brother, on the other hand, received only a note from someone else with a generous and awe-inspiring words:

Third brother, now that the country is in trouble and the people are not happy, I am now going to fight for national liberation.

Qi Wenshan broke off contact with the party organization at that time, and did not dare to reveal his identity, so he had to work as a casual worker in Zhengzhou for a living, and then met Li Daomin by chance before finally returning to the embrace of the party. It didn't take long for him to accept the assignment to Luoyang as a railroad worker, where he met with local underground party organizations and led the workers' movement.

In 1936, Qi Wenshan, who performed well, gloriously joined the Communist Party, and this year he was only nineteen years old.

In 1946, Chiang Kai-shek mistakenly entered our party's intelligence station, and someone proposed an assassination plan.

By the second half of 1938, the Kuomintang forces were ready to stir, and the group of people represented by Chiang Kai-shek were afraid of the growing people's armed forces under the leadership of the Communist Party in an attempt to set off the first anti-communist upsurge.

After analyzing the situation, the party organization decided to transfer some ideologically advanced young workers to Yan'an in batches, including Qi Wenshan, who made great contributions to the preparation of the underground party organization of the Luoyang Longhai Railway.

Qi Wenshan was the last to arrive in Yan'an in February 1939. At that time, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China held a production mobilization meeting.

Mao Zedong

Spoke at the meeting and presented "

Do it yourself

" slogan.

The military and people of Yan'an actively responded to the party's call, men, women and children engaged in labor work, they either opened up the land to cultivate land, or went up the mountain to cut firewood, or weaved cloth and flowers, during that period, the comrades who worked left precious images.

But Qi Wenshan never appeared in front of the camera. When he was working, he was surrounded by comrades with cameras, and every time the camera was about to capture him, he would give way to the side and avoid shooting. Later, he studied at the Marxist-Leninist Academy in Yan'an as a famous film actor

Chen Bo'er

Taking the stage to perform the drama "Professor Mamen", Qi Wenshan, as one of the participants, also did not take a photo.

In 1946, Chiang Kai-shek mistakenly entered our party's intelligence station, and someone proposed an assassination plan.

Even in the office of the Eighth Route Army in Xi'an, Qi Wenshan, who was wearing the uniform of the Eighth Route Army, did not leave a single photo.

Obviously, Qi Wenshan did this to avoid his appearance being exposed to the camera and being recorded, but what was he worried about, so that he did not want others to recognize his face?

In September 1941, the Central Organization Department informed Qi Wenshan to report to the Central Social Department, and then, under the arrangement of the organization, he went to the Soviet Red Army Military Academy to study, that is, after this study, he changed his name from Song Yiwen to Qi Wenshan.

In that turbulent era, the members of the party organization would give themselves some pseudonyms in order to avoid the enemy's investigation and search, and the moment Qi Wenshan changed his name, it meant that he would completely separate from the past and live in the face of another person.

Because the organization gave him a special task and made a request:

Living an organizational life alone, not allowing you to have a relationship with anyone or any organization, and finally, regardless of whether the task is completed or not, you cannot reveal your identity.

Before, even if Qi Wenshan was in Yan'an, he was unwilling to take any photos, just to prepare for the mission in the white area. When the comrades around him were leaving their own images of their struggle for the revolution under the lens, he could only watch silently from the side, like a gray-black shadow in the crowd.

But whether it is Qi Wenshan or countless unsung heroes who work on the hidden front like Qi Wenshan, they always believe that all this is worth it, because in their eyes, the interests of the party are always above everything!

The spirit of selflessness and selflessness is great because self-interest is an instinct of living things. However, looking back at the past history, we can clearly see that under the banner of the Communist Party, the Chinese people can always overcome their instincts at critical moments, dedicate their lives, and win the vitality of more compatriots.

The reason why the Chinese nation has stood firm is because of such a valuable quality.

Qi Wenshan, in a new capacity, left the party organization and came to the dangerous enemy-occupied area to work alone. The task given to him by the organization was that once the Japanese invading army advanced northward, he would have to secretly blast a factory in the pseudo-Manchurian city of Qiqihar.

The factory was controlled by the Japanese army, and when the Japanese Kou advanced north, Qi Wenshan could interfere with and contain the Japanese army as long as he completed the blasting task. However, soon after, because the Japanese Army had the superiority of the Soviet Red Army in the Soviet-German War, it gave up going north and went south instead, so Qi Wenshan stopped the blasting mission according to the instructions of the Central Social Department and acted according to another plan.

In 1946, Chiang Kai-shek mistakenly entered our party's intelligence station, and someone proposed an assassination plan.

Qi Wenshan, who had been working in the dangerous enemy-occupied areas for a long time, went to Tianjin, Beiping, Xinxiang, and other places to collect military intelligence on the Japanese puppet army and carry out the tasks entrusted to him by the party. During this period, Qi Wenshan was actually far away from the party organization, but his revolutionary convictions never wavered in the slightest, and without revealing his identity, he has been struggling to find the underground party organization.

In 1945, Qi Wenshan finally found the head of underground military intelligence in Jiluyu

Guo Ziqing

Guo Ziqing returned to the base area with a telegram he had written according to the contact method prescribed by the Central Social Department of Yan'an.

Qi Wenshan anxiously awaited a reply from the organization, and soon after, a telegram from the Central Ministry of Social Affairs reached his hand:

You are looking for the party, and the party is always looking for you.

This short and sonorous sentence made Qi Wenshan, who was nearly thirty years old, shed tears on the spot.

In 1946, Chiang Kai-shek mistakenly entered our party's intelligence station, and someone proposed an assassination plan.

It was also in this year that the Party Central Committee decided to set up the Jiluyu Military Intelligence Station in Xinxiang, and Qi Wenshan, who had returned to the embrace of the Communist Party with difficulty, took over this heavy burden and, as the head of the intelligence station and the secretary of the underground party organization of the CPC, set up the main station of the intelligence station in his home.

In order to cover up and assist Qi Wenshan in his work, the party organization approved his wife

Wang Jianshu

From Tianjin to Xinxiang, Henan.

Wang Jianshu, a seemingly weak woman, has a heart of steel, although she did not understand the specific content of her husband's work before, she knew that her husband was risking his life to do a "big thing" that benefited the country and the people.

She resolutely bid farewell to her parents, left her hometown, and traveled thousands of miles to Qi Wenshan's side, and the two officially formed a revolutionary couple. In order to protect the intelligence station, the simple Wang Jianshu accepted the organization's suggestion and forced herself to change her original life habits in a short period of time and learn to play mahjong and smoke.

In this way, Wang Jianshu changed herself into a different form. The husband and wife work together at the intelligence station to cover comrades and pass on information.

When Qi Wenshan and other comrades held an emergency meeting inside the house, Wang Jianshu loyally and firmly stood outside the house and sentry for everyone.

Later Wang Jianshu's daughter

Qi Baozhu

On this past: "My mother told me that I was only a few months old at that time, and she held me in the outhouse and kept a whistle until the end of the late night meeting. ”

In 1946, Chiang Kai-shek mistakenly entered our party's intelligence station, and someone proposed an assassination plan.

In addition to setting up the main station of the intelligence station in his home, Qi Wenshan also set up several shops outside as traffic substations, including the "dog ignore" bun shop that Chiang Kai-shek wanted to go to mentioned above.

As the head of the intelligence station and the secretary of the underground party organization of the CCP, Qi Wenshan's loyalty to the party and loyalty to the revolution is beyond doubt, and he resolutely prevents the assassination plans of other comrades, of course, not to protect Chiang Kai-shek, but for the sake of the overall situation

Two months before Chiang Kai-shek came to Xinxiang, on March 3, 1946, he was represented by the Ccp

Zhou Enlai

Representative of the NationalIst Government

Zhang Zhizhong

and A consultant to the United States

Marshall

The "military three-person group" formed by plane from Zhangjiakou to Xinxiang for inspection, and they held a meeting on the implementation of the armistice agreement between the Kuomintang and the Communists at the Heshuo Library.

Qi Wenshan judged that at such a time, even if they succeeded in assassinating Chiang Kai-shek, they would not be able to play any role, and not only that, but the war would be more intense in the future. Out of this consideration, Qi Wenshan resolutely saved Chiang Kai-shek's life.

Zhou Enlai, who later learned of this incident, also fully affirmed Qi Wenshan's opinion.

In 1946, Chiang Kai-shek mistakenly entered our party's intelligence station, and someone proposed an assassination plan.

In this way, under the leadership of Qi Wenshan, the comrades in the intelligence station pooled their wisdom and efforts to continuously send all kinds of important information to the liberated areas, and these key information provided great help to the PLA soldiers who fought heroically on the frontal battlefield, and the troops effectively reduced many unnecessary casualties in the battle.

For example, in December 1948, the Nationalist 40th Army was stationed in Xinxiang. When they learned that more than 500 PEOPLE's Liberation Army troops were stationed in the Dazhao camp for recuperation, they immediately sent three regiments to prepare to sneak attack our troops. But the enemy did not expect that in his own camp, there were several members of the underground party organization lurking.

One of them

Liu Shiying

After learning of the nationalist army's sneak attack plan, Qi Wenshan was notified as quickly as possible, and Qi Wenshan also sent people to pass the information to the PLA troops in the Big Summoning Camp in time.

The PLA troops immediately moved and set up additional ambushes. The enemy, who was approaching slowly, pounced on an empty space and was preparing to collect troops to return, when the PLA soldiers who had been waiting for a long time caught them off guard from the side.

This military intelligence station was hidden and protected by Qi Wenshan and various underground party comrades, and it was not exposed until after liberation, not only that, but not only that, none of the intelligence personnel working in the station were sacrificed, and everyone witnessed the blazing sun of New China.

In 1946, Chiang Kai-shek mistakenly entered our party's intelligence station, and someone proposed an assassination plan.

The Ministry of Social Affairs of Jiluyu awarded Qi Wenshan the glorious title of "Second Class Meritorious Servant of the People" and rewarded him for the timely and accurate transmission of military intelligence.

After the founding of New China in 1949, those intelligence personnel who had been working on the hidden front could finally shake off the haze in front of them and cheer with all the Chinese and people to meet the beautiful new life in the future.

Qi Wenshan did the same, but just as he was preparing to take up his post at the Tianjin Municipal Public Security Bureau, the Henan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China issued an order: "None of the cadres in Henan can leave." Qi Wenshan immediately realized that his battle as an underground party member was not over. Sure enough, soon a new task fell on his head: to continue lurking.

He did not complain at all, resolutely obeyed the party's arrangement, stayed behind to continue to guard this hidden reconnaissance point, and his wife Wang Jianshu also accompanied him, without disclosing his work.

The reason why the party organizations needed Qi Wenshan and others to continue to lurk was because at that time, New China had just been founded, and although the Kuomintang forces were defeated and retreated, they still wanted to "make a comeback." They left behind a large number of spies, waiting for an opportunity to provoke incidents and undermine the stability of New China.

Luo Ruiqing

At the first national public security work conference, he said: "

The enemy with the gun has been wiped out, the enemy who does not hold the gun still exists, and we will continue to fight with the enemy who does not have the gun.

In 1946, Chiang Kai-shek mistakenly entered our party's intelligence station, and someone proposed an assassination plan.

In order to reform the captured war criminals and spies, the public security department held a "secret agent training class", and in 1950, Qi Wenshan went undercover as a Kuomintang agent under the arrangement of the party organization.

He hid his identity perfectly, blended into the war criminals, and lived with this group of people day and night. The war criminals regarded Qi Wenshan as a "difficult brother" in the same situation as himself, and they would not deliberately hide from him when they secretly organized some activities.

Qi Wenshan successfully set out from the mouths of the war criminals the entire plan and implementation time of their series preparations for the riot, and provided intelligence when the director of the Municipal Public Security Bureau and the chief of the reconnaissance section "interrogated" him, helping the public security police to smash the counter-revolutionary uprising and make great contributions to maintaining peace in New China.

Later, Qi Wenshan, who had a "good attitude of confessing guilt," was "released," and in order to better carry out his mission, the public security organs paid for him to buy him a storefront on Xinhua Street as a new hidden reconnaissance point, named "Forward Sporting Goods Store."

Qi Wenshan ran a shop business during the day and held meetings at home with comrades at night, and thanks to the efforts of this group of people, many cases were solved, and those Kuomintang agents and foreign spies who lurked among the masses were also pulled out one by one.

In 1946, Chiang Kai-shek mistakenly entered our party's intelligence station, and someone proposed an assassination plan.

Pictured| Qi Wenshan when he was young

But as an underground party member on a hidden front, excellent work comes not glory and reward, but unknown bitterness.

Since Qi Wenshan was imprisoned as a Kuomintang agent, his family also became a "counter-revolutionary agent family." The surrounding residents pay attention to the movements of the Qi family all the time, and once they have any "abnormal" behavior, they will go to the public security organs to report, and the police comrades will also come to search and interrogate.

Even Qi Wenshan's children are discriminated against in school because of their "unbearable" background. Hearing that Qi Baozhu, whose father was called a "traitor", innocently asked Qi Wenshan what the word meant after school, Qi Wenshan was silent for a long time and held his daughter tightly in his arms.

Of course, Qi Wenshan knew that the people's vicious words were only because they misunderstood their own identities, but for the sake of the task, he absolutely could not come forward to clarify. So when he heard that his young daughter had also been wronged because of himself, tears filled his eyes.

Dad was a businessman, but Dad was a good guy.

In the end, Qi Wenshan only said such a sentence to his daughter, and there was no other defense.

In 1956, when the state carried out socialist transformation of capitalist industry and commerce, Qi Wenshan, who was regarded by everyone as a "capitalist", took the lead in standing up, and he followed the instructions of the party and dedicated all his property to the state with a board, and because of his move, a large number of industrialists and businessmen took the initiative to accept the socialist transformation.

Qi Wenshan, who has no complaints and no regrets, lives in another capacity, he does not care about the people's misunderstanding of himself, does not pay attention to personal rank and treatment, and does not want his family to receive any preferential treatment because of himself.

In 1963, Qi Wenshan was transferred back to the Henan Provincial Public Security Department, ostensibly as the director of the Propaganda and Education Department of the Henan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and the director of the Literature and History Data Office, but in private he continued to do covert work.

One day, he received a notice from the provincial public security department to go to the Zhongzhou Hotel for a meeting and met the deputy secretary of the Henan Provincial CPC Committee at the time

Zhao Wenfu

。 Zhao Wenfu once worked in Luoyang as an underground party member, and even he and Qi Wenshan were introduced to the party by the same person.

In 1946, Chiang Kai-shek mistakenly entered our party's intelligence station, and someone proposed an assassination plan.

After seeing Qi Wenshan, Zhao Wenfu inquired about his recent situation, and finally sighed: "You are a white-skinned carrot, an unsung hero!" ”

For Qi Wenshan, who joined the regiment in 1933 and joined the party in 1936, and was a cadre sent by the Party Central Committee from Yan'an, the current level was indeed too low, and Zhao Wenfu, who had learned about the situation, asked the provincial public security department to report to the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee on the spot, especially for Qi Wenshan to be promoted to two levels, set at 12 levels.

It was not until 1968 that Qi Wenshan officially ended his 27-year-long incubation career and appeared in front of everyone as his original identity.

In 1977, Qi Wenshan returned to work in the Henan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and he successively served as a standing member of the Fourth Henan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, a vice chairman and secretary general of the Henan Provincial Committee of the Henan Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Henan Provincial Committee of the China Democratic National Construction Association, and an executive committee member of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce.

In 1992, Qi Wenshan was awarded the "First Class Golden Shield" gold medal by the Ministry of Public Security.

In 1946, Chiang Kai-shek mistakenly entered our party's intelligence station, and someone proposed an assassination plan.

Pictured| First Class Golden Shield Medal

These honors are the affirmation of the party and the state for this unsung hero, but Qi Wenshan does not attach great importance to these things.

He had experienced the darkness of the old society, and he had also experienced many hardships unimaginable to ordinary people, and when he decided to dedicate half of his life to the revolutionary cause of the Communist Party, he did not want to gain any reputation or benefits for himself.

From the moment Chairman Mao Zedong solemnly announced the founding of New China at Tiananmen Square in 1949 to today, when the country is becoming richer and stronger, the peaceful life witnessed by Qi Wenshan's eyes is what he wants to buy at the cost of his own life.

He has no regrets anymore!

In the early morning of June 26, 1997, Qi Wenshan died of illness. This year, he was just eighty years old.
